I've ordered my meal several times last week before the store was closed only to be told they are not excepting any more orders. Even though I was there before closing only to see several cars pull up and Make a order.even when I was able to place a order my fries came to me cold instead of giving me new fries mine was heated up and returned to me. This has happened to me during the night I cannot get the lady who is in charged because they refuse to give it to me . I do hope someone contacts me
3rd time here and it was the 3rd time my order was “lost”. Not sure if there a problem with the mobile app or what, but I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon if a 30 minute wait is the average.As far as the food and employees, they were great but the constant mistakes unfortunately overshadowed them.
I ordered the popcorn BBQ chicken with a medium Oreo blast and I also asked for tater tots as well tonight at 10:43 4/10/22. Upon pulling around to the door to pay for my food I noticed on the receipt the woman only rang me up for the Oreo blast and the popcorn chicken (the woman who rang me up was “529 Trinity “.) I notified the food runner that I asked her for tater tots along with this meal and he took my card and said “he would see what he could do as far as getting it rang up”. Once my food was brought out he said “man I couldn’t get them to ring it up I don’t know what’s going on man we are slow and only have a little bit of people if you want the tater tots I suggest you pull around the drive-through again to order them which I know most likely you won’t do that.” Fast forward I called the number provided on the receipt to speak to the manager on duty and Lord behold it was the same woman who took my order at the drive-thru and when she recognized it was me she hung up the phone in my face so I couldn’t get the problem rectified.. so I just went ahead and proceeded to report the issue to corporate. All of this could’ve been well avoided if she just gave me my tater tots like I asked for in the first place. Hopefully they deal with her accordingly so no one else has to go through this over a small order of tater tot‘s
Suggestion: When a sweetened and unsweetened tea is ordered, it would be wise to push in the tabs on the drink lab. Went to this location a couple of times and was told we would have to figure it out on our own. I don't know about you, but I don't want to drink the slob drippings my coworker left in the cup when she realized had the wrong drink. Thay should have been done before it was brought out to us. Also, the representative who brought it out should have known.
Slow service, poorly made food, and always the wrong order. I've been here 3 times in the last 3 months, and each time it is the same. Today I waited 4 minutes before anyone came over the speaker to take my order and I was the only one in line. Could not understand a word the order taker was saying over the speaker. Once I was able to place my order, I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food. Again, I was the only one in line. When I got to work, I opened my food only to find they gave me the wrong order again. And again, I got less food than what I paid for. Never going back.
My meal that I received from doordash was very cold and I left a bad review on doordash after my first bite and requested a refund. Today I informing that my review and request was then denied leaving future meals for others at a gamble because the rivers Avenue team along with doordash denied my freedom of speech. And my slushy was also wrong and milky which was disgusting!
Got asked for money by some homeless guy but they got my food out quick af and it was warm so no complaints here
Honestly, awful. In addition to being very slow, our most recent experience is mind boggling. We began ordering our food at a stall and the lady apologized for taking so long; she says that she didn't have her glasses. We told her it wasn't a problem and went slowly and repeated things as necessary. She got tired of trying to take the order, however, and just cut us off in the middle of it. We had to put in a secondary mobile order just to get everything we needed. Then when the food was brought out to us, we asked for ketchup. The server completely ignored us.
Great drinks & great service today from this Sonic! They made my new favorite drink perfectly: unsweet tea with raspberry & vanilla.? We also ordered a cup of coffee, which was quite good considering it came from a fast food place. I guess they use Green Mountain Coffee, which is awesome; no bitter taste. Our carhop was also wonderful -- fast & polite.
So after more than a year I decided to give this Sonic another chance. Big mistake. I found this piece of twisted plastic in my cherry limeade, there was also a lime wedge and four cherries (this part was great). How? How could you not see this thing? Fortunately it did not travel to the bottom where it might have gotten into the straw, nope it sat right on top with the lime and cherries. Kudos. You have restored my faith in my better judgement and lost two customers. Side note: the oil needs to be changed, it made my husband sick.
