I ordered a 6 piece of chicken with house fried rice and a large tea the driver was extremely rude yelling and cursing at me I wanted to say something but I try to keep my cool a old white man he keep texting and calling me I outside he never was as I been waiting around for 20 minute I never ordered from here again he took 16 dollars out because I gave him to much money he brought it back but it was still wrong as he steal from me I hope he get what he deserves yall just lost a customer and he started to get smart with my mom
VERY DISSATISFIED… I ORDERED PEPPER STEAK &SHRIMP BUT RECEIVE BEEF ON THE STICK AND PORK FRY RICE… I DONT EVEN EAT PORK. THEN WHEN I CALL AND EXPLAIN THAT I GOT THE WRONG ORDER THE LADY GOT RUDE AND SAID U ORDERED BEEF ON THE STICK FUSSING ME DOWN! I PAID WITH MY CARD AND THEY WOULDN’T REFUND ME OR GET MY ORDER RIGHT… THE LADY KEEP HANGING UP… AND EVENTUALLY SHE TOOK THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK… AND STOP ANSWERING… I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS RESTAURANT. VERY RUDE PEOPLE AND BAD SERVICES AND FOOD!
Better double check you have ALL of your order before leaving. Ordered online,picked up,when I got home w order it was missing a meal. I called, the lady who answered insisted she gave me 2 bags which she did not. I asked her to look on the counter to see if she missed it. She did not look and so rudely continued to argue w me about the 2nd bag. I spent $60 for my family's food and one person did not get theirs. No offer to replace the $10 meal or a discount. There was no resolution w this business. Poor customer service. I will NOT be spending my money there for missed items and rude customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTING ?
I had my food DoorDash and they give him the wrong food I called and they made a big deal and when I got there the lady had an nasty attitude and didn’t even close my box. I would not eat there again and don’t recommend.

Excellent food, I always get sesame seed chicken and lo mein. Customer service could always be improved for the 5 stars.
I haven't been here for about 3 years and decided to go get me some lunch. Apparently they have new people working there, the lady at the counter is very rude. Now with your meals, you have to purchase your drink separately and in the past it came with your meal.I spent almost ten dollars with no drink, but I did have my water so that wasn't so bad.
Located in a strip center at the northwest corner of International Boulevard and Tanger Outlet Boulevard, Shuang Xi Kitchen is a small eatery that offers a pretty large Chinese menu, including lunch specials for dine-in, take-out and delivery. NOTE that of this writing they are closed on Mondays. I visited this spot while on a business trip during late July 2021. This particular evening I was in the mood for something fairly uncomplicated, so I ordered chicken and broccoli, which came with a side of fried rice. I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavor of this simple dish (which can often be quite bland) -- it was really quite good. The fried rice was pretty tasty, too. I liked the fact that the dish was prepared to order; I didn’t mind waiting an extra few minutes for a fresh, hot entree. The dining room was very clean and the service was efficient. I enjoyed the meal I received at Shuang Xi Kitchen and would return should my travels bring me back to North Charleston.
Today was a very good experience, there was an employee/ maybe the boss there with great customer service skills. I so appreciate when I get to feel that my business is appreciated and not that because I walked in, I'm interrupting your day.Besides that the food is always good.
