Awful service and the food was disgusting. And the employees were all walking by the dirty tables like they did not even exist. That should of been my first sign to leave… Ugg… visit occurred Sunday 29 May 2022 @ 5pm
I was sitting at a table by the bar and watched two mangers one was eating and the other just standing there talking while the I guess order screen was completely full and did nothing to help the kitchen. Then they were letting customers know there was a 20 minute wait on food. I didn't see a reason for it other then being lazy. I saw only one other manger trying her hardest but she can't do it alone.
My husband and I visited Ruby Tuesday in North Charleston at 7400 Northside Drive on 3/3/22. We was greeted by a young African American man who was very kind but forgot his name. We also was introduce to The Manager Myra. Myra was an Excellent host that made sure everything was at our satisfaction. I had a birthday party planned at another establishment and when we got there they told us the wait would be 2-3 hours. We called Ruby Tuesday and they fit us right in. My guest were seated quickly and the staff was pleasant. They really rescued me and saved my event. We had almost 30 people in our party and I'm grateful they accommodated us.
My husband and I had reservations for Valentines Day at a different restaurant but he was feeling under the weather so we decided to stay in. We placed a last minute DoorDash order to Ruby Tuesday’s (literally 10 mins before closing). Working in the restaurant industry, I know how annoying that can be but they made our to-go dinner just as they would if we were to dine in. THANK YOU for our perfectly cooked steaks and an amazing Valentines dinner. We were bummed out about not being able to make our reservations but Ruby’s was fantastic. Especially with a last minute order! Thank you again.
Are you kidding me?? I ordered 2 of your $19 "blackened shrimp and sausage" pastas off Doordash and this is the garbage you send me? Dominos pasta is leaps and bounds better than this and I can get 2 of those for $12. You should be absolutely embarrassed at putting out this quality of food and charging the price you do. This just blows my mind. I'm a restaurant mgr and I wouldn't even let something like this out of the kitchen. Your GM is welcome to give me a call if they need some advice on how to run a restaurant/business.
Was very impressed. Had a party of 8-10 people. Myra was our waitress....EXCELLENT. All of us were very pleased with our food but Myra was the best. We go out every Friday night...a retired military group & think this was the best food & the BEST waitress anywhere. WE WILL BR RETURNING. One of few restaurants that give a military discount. We've all been involved in one to three wars so it was appreciated.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to get anything off the menu to-go after viewing the menu. The wait to be seated took awhile before being acknowledged.A hostess was not available at the time. It was busy and the staff was busy making orders and cleaning. I was told by a waitress that only one grill was available and one fryer.Since seafood items was being serve on the menu, I was unable to place a to-go order due to the allergic reaction to the seafood.Although I was told that the the equipment was being cleaned after prepared meals, I wasn't going to take any chances so I decided not to place a order.However, on the last visit a year ago, the food that was prepared at the time was still good.
Love the salad bar and their Croutons, some waitors were nice, some not so much. One waitress was talking on the phone while serving me and I'm pretty sure she was actually high. When i asked for the check she went away, 2 minutes later she came back and forgot about the check.Not the best area.
We stopped in for an early dinner and were so completely happy with everything about our experience. Alex, our waiter, was incredibly courteous and attentive. Our food was perfectly prepared and tasty. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stop here!
