This is the only Red Lobster in the area. I’ve been here many times. Every time I have a good meal. Service is good. The only downfall I have is they are constantly changing their menu and prices. I know this is a corporate thing and not this specific restaurant location. I went here today. The server was nice and 2 managers checked on us. Good portion sizes. Ended up taking home left overs.

Service was horrible. We didn't get our appetizers first. We got our dinner and then our appetizers. I didn't get everything I ordered. She never brought it out to me. The gadget thing to pay didn't work so she had to go and find on that worked. They weren't busy so I feel there was no excuse on how bad our service was. She also told me the manager took off what I didn't get and once I got I bill I noticed that I was still charged for it. The only reason we went there was because we had a gift card. Otherwise we wouldn't have gone.

Great Service, Great Atmosphere

Well I arrived at this location specifically getting here around 315 to beat the dinner rush. I wanted to have a nice lunch/ dinner with my son who was excited to get the popcorn shrimp. Since they were currently doing the endless shrimp I figured I would partake in that. When we were sat there was an older couple who were sat just before us. They were being taking care of by the manager while we had a lady who was pretty up in age. Now the fact of her age is only being brought out because it seemed that it was a little bit too much for her to handle having two tables on one end of the restaurant and the rest of her tables at the other end no. You visited our table five times during our over an hour dining experience. I spent more time harassing other wait staff for drinks, rolls and condiments then I ever saw her. The other table she was waiting on finished way before we did and had to contact the manager just to pay their bill since she rarely came to our side of the restaurant. The second time she came to the table she explained that the roles were in the oven and would be out shortly... Not long after I watched the older couple being taken care of by the manager received two baskets before I ever received my one. I was highly disappointed when she returned with one basket and I asked if I could have some more since she only brought three in the basket and I knew I would want more. The look of I was asking too much of her was evident on more than one trip whether it was the rolls or my drink. I do feel bad that this waitress was having to do this and didn't want to complain to the manager since it might get her in trouble. When my food arrived it was missing the side and when I explained that my baked potato was not here I was told the baked potatoes were also in the oven. At no point was my side ever brought and he definitely gave me attitude the two times I asked for refills on my shrimp much less my drinks. It has been two years since I visited this establishment and I probably will never go back based on wasting over an hour with someone who obviously did not want my business. I was impressed though at how well the manager took care of the people across from me... It made me wish I was having their experience.

Excellent service. Good food. Wonderful atmosphere

We were seated within 15min on a Friday night which I thought was fantastic. It saddens me to say, the food just wasn't good. The broccoli was bitter and hard, the scampi just lacked flavor. I could have only gone for the biscuits and Ceasars salad had I known that would be the best part of our meal instead of spending $88 dollars for 3 people. We packed our food to go, put it in the fridge when we got home and threw it out 2 days later. I had not been to a Red Lobster in over a year.....now, I'm in no rush to go back. Fast food would have been cheaper and more enjoyable.

The first time visiting this location was better than this time.There was nothing wrong with the food and came out on good time, the service is lacking ( I understand you're understaffed)The couple problems I had were-Sever forgetting second drink order and couldn't complete a task of just bringing sauce for our steaks.- Sides didn't come out with meal( 15 minutes after finishing our meal,we even had to ask for it)-We asked for our steaks to be rare but ended up being overcooked.So a few suggestions, your cooks need to learn temp on steaks. It's not that hard, I can come in your kitchen and teach your staff. Severs need to pay more attention to customers for better tips.As I said earlier, I understand you are bringing in staff on their days off because you have none. I respect that and respect yall's struggle.To who I assume was the manager that said the snarky comment, it wasn't cool to say that at the end of our visit. We were chill with your staff and still had a good time.Even though this night wasn't that good, we'll still come again when we have another special night.3/5
