Got served cold fries not seasoned unfriendly staff bathroom not attended to no paper towels no soap I told one of the team members about it he just looked at me they had plenty of help there
2 stars is for the customer service. This was my first time at Raising Cane's, never heard of it before. But I went because of the reviews, totally disappointed. The line was long, but that makes you think hey food is moving fast, so it should be fresh and hot. Not here, the chicken was lukewarm and had no taste to it, the fries were old , no salt and no taste either. That bread looked disgusting and their sauce tasted like mayonnaise. At least when you wait in Chick-fil-a's lines, you get your food hot. Not here, I will never go back.
Wonderful service! Fast and friendly!! They had a huge line at the drive thru and they served everyone quickly.Food was delicious. Tenders were so juicy, and cooked to perfection.Coleslaw is in a pleasant balance of sweet and sour.

We had the best and I mean best customer service from Ashley. We have never been to a Cane's before. I asked her for a suggestion. She was absolutely helpful and cheerful. We were in line to go through the drive thru and she was on her way back in from bringing someone's food out.I honestly did not care for their food. I will say it was hot and the drinks were cold and the quality was plentiful. The food just wasn't something we cared for.But Ashley was outstanding!!!
The food was fresh. I went inside to order my food and the place was clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. It was a little busy but it was worth the wait. Thanks to the whole staff for all your hard work.?????
I went to raising canes with high expectations because I have heard so much about this place. I have two ratings, for this location in particular and for the restaurant overall. For this location the food was subpar, while receiving the food I instantly smelled that it was cooked in burnt up grease. I was disappointed because this chain fries their food all day so I feel like one of the priorities is to change the grease. Secondly, I don't understand the hype because the chicken tenders aren't as tasty as I expected it to be. They don't have too many options for their chicken tender meals and it's weird since that's what they are known for. No other flavors for the chicken tenders? Just chicken tenders and toast?? For the price range I'd rather go to zaxbys which has way more variety. So overall, it's mediocre to me and I'd rather go to zaxbys or chik fil a

We’ve always loved Raising Canes Chicken! We need to get some locations in the Columbia SC area so we don’t have to drive over an hour to get it. ? The chicken fingers are always fresh and crispy and fries are very tasty too. They’ve got the good ice. Sweet tea is delicious.
