This is slow service ever seen in my life. I went inside and wait 10 minutes and no response. They had enough staff but they move slow like dumb turtle. So I went in Drive through to order spicy chicken they gave me mild. Guy trying to block windows so I can’t see what’s going on. told them they were slow and this black guy at window tells me to get of his drive through like he was owned that place. Not happy with it. They still gave me mild so I called speak to manager/ supervisor asked her name and she cut the phone.
The one thing I absolutely cannot abide or forgive in a chicken place is under cooking chicken. It's your entire thing. The reason you're open at all. I don't care how backed up your orders you, you don't try to fix that by pulling baskets early.Chicken tenders shouldn't feel like crisp vegetables when you eat them and shouldn't be any internal color other than completely cooked chicken.Never, ever returning. This is a total deal breaker.
Very slow despite 7+ employees working. I wasn't greeted when I came in. There was 1 person ahead of me in the line to order and it literally took about 10 min for someone to come to the register or to even acknowledge that we were standing there. One girl was briefly on her phone while another girl was standing next to her watching whatever she was watching on the phone. The drive thru was ridiculously long so they were super busy. All that being said, my food was perfect....hot and good. I had to wait during 6pm rush hour...meh....it was worth it so I'll excuse the slow service but the not greeting or acknowledging waiting customers and having your phone out.......no excuse for that. We can do better than that guys. I believe in you!
Very disappointed today normally very happy with this location but not today ordered ten piece family meal with two large sides ordered an extra large side as well got home and all my sides were not even halfway filled up and needless to say some of my only had chicken for dinner so my younger kids could be fed properly paid 32.24 for only part of my family to eat a meal tried calling can't get thru won't be buying a family meal from here again don't got time or energy to load my kids back up in the vehicle again to go up and wait for my other half of the sides I ordered
This store is hit or miss. When there's not many customers they are fine but when they are busy... forget it and go somewhere else! Last time I waited 45 min. in the drive through for a family meal just to be told at the window they were out of the side I wanted. When I got home I saw that half of my order was missing. When I called, they clearly didn't care. Said I would have to take my food back to the store for any refund or to pick up the missing food.
My husband's favorite fast food chicken restaurant to eat at. He always gets the 8pc chicken and asks for all white meat (4 breast and 4 wings) and it is never a problem. The food is always fresh and hot.
Placed an online order, waited a bit so it would be ready when I got there. Still waited 20 minutes to get my food when I got there. Won't be back for a bit. Food was alright.

After a long wait at the drive thru this is what I get home to. I called back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. When I told her my issue she acted like I was lying. I hardly ever leave bad reviews but the whole experience at this Popeyes tonight was terrible. If I could give zero stars I would
We did not particularly like this Popeyes location. The Classic Chicken Sandwich was not seasoned well. I think it lacked salt. Same with the 2 piece leg and thigh. It didn't have great taste at all. The best part of that meal was the biscuit and maybe the fries (they needed salt as well).
