Food came out hot and fresh. Taste was a decent 3.5-4 out of 5 stars. The bartender was very expedient with all of the drinks. However, the service provided for a group of 6 was very mediocre. There were no refills on chips provided or any refills on soft drinks past receiving our food. It was kinda difficult trying to find the waitress for assistance at times. Overall, for a general Mexican restaurant to eat at, if you are looking for a regular decent tasting food, this is a solid option for come and go food.
13 people went in to eat dinner to celebrate my mother in laws 81st birthday and 8 out of the 13 ended up sick from the food. Some before even leaving the restaurant. Spoke to the manager/owner and all he said was he has insurance, go to the doctor and send him the bill, never even asked what was eaten to cause the issue. I recommend not going there to eat.

Last night was my worst experience at Poblano's. We frequent the restaurant and normally have have good food and service until last night. The waiter acted like it was a hassle to do his job. First he got the drink order wrong and then rolled his eyes when asked to correct. The soda my daughter had was flat and he seemed aggregated when asked to change. We asked for more chips and salsa with cheese dip order and he again rolled his eyes. The food came out and my fajitas were just warm. The meat had been barely warmed up and barely had any vegetables on it. What few vegetables there were was burnt. My daughter's taco had so much grease from meat that the shell just broke immediately. We had to flag him down several times to fill drinks and each time he seemed aggrevated and made a disgusted look. I understand that someone might be having a bad night, but others he was waiting on got much better service than what we did. Unfortunately it will be a while before I return. Too many other Mexican restaurants in the area that have been good as well.
Typical Southeastern USA Mexican style restaurant. Clean good service fast free chips... Food was the average quality and flavor good portion size. Very fast service though if you need a sit-down lunch on the fly
We absolutely love this place. The food is incredible, always hot and fresh. The waiter goes above and beyond everytime we come. This is one of my favorite Mexican places in Charleston. I recommend it to everyone.
I love this place! The service is great, the employees are friendly, and the food comes quick and hot! The portions are generous so I always get to leave with a to go box that I can eat the next day. I always get the exact same meal which is the shrimp and chicken sizzling skillet. It comes with tortillas, mexican rice, and a salad with sour cream. I add on a bowl of queso that I pour over my skillet. Yum!

I got take out. Walked in, ordered, they lost my ticket, found it. I paid for my food and did not leave a tip. My card was charged 6.00 more than the receipt I have in my hand. I would like my money back that I did not authorize.
