Ordered delivery. Claimed a 30 minute delivery time.. after an hour I called and my food was still at the store and ready but the driver didn’t pick it up yet.. the girl answering the phones said “it was ready and I could pick it up if I wanted to” even though I paid a delivery fee and tipped? Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything else to compensate.. this place needs better management it’s always something
Give me what I ordered. I order a lot from here because my disabled grandson loves Pizza Hut. He only eats cheese Pizza. His favorite is stuffed crust cheese Pizza which is what I ordered. Received a peperoni. He was very disappointed I tried to pick the peperoni off but most of the cheese came with it. Just be more careful going forward please
I was just told it would take 300 minute's to have my pizza delivered...but only 40m 4 pickup??? It's to cold to drive on a motorcycle so I ordered it bc I'm hungry. Added a star bc it's pizza Hut pizza& I like it. But probably will never again order there 4 delivery...THREE HUNDRED MINS=(((( #WillBeKnawingAwayAtMyBonesByThen.
Order was wrong, when they did correct it there was too much sauce and only two thirds of the pizza had any toppings!
I requested curbside delivery. I notfied the store that I had arrived. I waited 10 minutes PAST the time the pizza was supposedly ready. Finally a store clerk came to my car to inform me that my pizza had not been started yet.
My pizza was not correct. I had gone all the way home thinking I had a meat lovers and it turned out to be a three topping with onions
This order was a birthday gift for Cinnamon Sticks. I added a $2.00 tip for the worker when they bring me the order curbside. No one was in the store it was closed, when the website said the store was opening @ 4:00pm est and I showed up at 4:36pm est.
I’ve ordered from this store many times. Delivery is usually within a reasonable time. In this instance, my order was cooked well before it was picked up for delivery. I wasn’t alerted that my order was being delivered via Door Dash until it was on the way. Had I’d known, I would have chosen to pick it up myself. Also, common sense should be used NOT to prepare/cook food that won’t even be picked up for 50 minutes. My biggest problem is the fact that my order sat getting cold for 50 minutes before it left the store. It should have been redone before being sent out in that condition. We had to put our food in the microwave before eating after waiting well over an hour for delivery. We were delivered cold flat pizza.
Food quality and delivery time were excellent.Delivery fee / tax / driver tip amounts seem excessive and leave an undesirable perception.Asking for touchless delivery seems futile as the driver still rang the door and engaged homeowner in conversation.Driver attempted to deliver to next door neighbor.
