The food was horrible. I ordered my food online at 7:03 p.m. and did not receive my food until after 9:00. When it arrived the pizza was cold and looked as if it was sitting before it was sent out. It was dry, the sauce had gotten all thick that’s how I know it was left sitting. It was not fresh at all. I had to spend $35 for 2 medium pizzas and I was not satisfied. This has not been my first time receiving poor service.
I loved their quick service, we ordered from the parking lot and the order was ready in 10 minutes. We loved the spicy veggie pizza with capsicums, onion, mushroom, red chilli toppings. Tried their lemon pepper seasoned fries which was also equally good! This can be your go to order next time!
I could cry thank yall so much?? I NEVER order delivery where something isn't wrong with the order and this one was made totally correct. Pizza, Stix, wings, even the soda was what I ordered. The driver was also kind, I'm so happy tysm
They were shorthanded and still got the pizza out at a decent time and the food was the best pizza we have had from pizza hut! The driver was very friendly.
The pizza was was not fresh what so ever, it was as if it had been sitting for a while, was cold and the cheese sticks was very cold stall and hard. I would like to get my order repla.
Offer better service. I ordered my pizza 10:40 to be delivered at 11:30, the driver called me at 11:30 to tell me I was out of his delivery range which was a 1/4 from where he said, but he said he would deliver it anyway but it would take 45 minutes, I said ok, then I got a call between 12:30-12:45: a hour and a half later from the manager saying he was waiting on a driver because the morning driver got into an accident. He did offer to cancel the charge for the pizza. I finally got the pizza after lunch.
Pizza came an hour and fourth minutes after I ordered. Pizza was cold, wings were cold, breadsticks all cold and soggy. Called to ask them to come back and get this $36.00 waste of money and was told I could bring it back to the store for a refund, that they had no drivers and used door dash and was unable to assist me in anyway! Completely disappointed and dissatisfied! Manager was no help at all!
Ordering online was easy. This pizza hut had order ready on time vs. another pizza hut location I had horrible experience in the past. This pizza hut on Rivers was on time, efficient and friendly.
The rating would have been the complete opposite but the manager saved it! (I hate that I don’t know her name) I had placed an order for some friends that had surgery for 5:30. You guys went through doordash to have the order delivered and I got a message that they were having issues and couldn’t deliver the order- I was very confused as I did not place the order through doordash. We called and spoke with the manager who explained you have to use other outside help because you are short staffed (understandable) the manager then offered to deliver the food herself after it was super late because doordash was unable to deliver for whatever reason- it was almost an hour late- but we felt heard and taken care of when we called about the issue! Thank you!
Pizza was dry and overcooked. Ordered a med pizza and wings and it toke 45 mins when it said 15 so I had to wait at the store.
