This store location is a joke! I just filed a complaint with headquarters and is hoping for a solution regarding my delivery of my missing item. I feel that the guy that I was speaking with forgot about my issue and I can tell that my poppers has been sitting out for hours. The driver did not acknowledge my issue at all! Will update once I receive an email from my complaint. Horrible! The manager Aaron Mars needs some training or to step down from the position entirely.
Horrible service! The lady had a bad attitude! If she hates the job so much, FIND ANOTHER! They aren't competitive with lunch specials, since they DON'T HAVE ANY! Don't waste your time there if you want a quick pizza for lunch, go to Pizza Hut. Faster service and NO ATTITUDE!
Wouldn’t recommend and won’t order from again. Don’t get a delivery time until after placing an order. Took 90 minutes to get our delivery, food was cold, the garlic butter exploded all over the pizza. The garlic knots had nothing on them, it was bread. Not acceptable for the price.
As the other reviews show, don’t order from here. They use door dash who will mess up your order and forget things. When you call to get a refund for your missing items, they won’t give it to you. The only pizza place around here is Pizza Hut unfortunately. Learn to make your own.
Somehow our delivery got “switched” to pick up even though our receipt and ticket says delivery. 2 hours pass and I never got any update. Tried calling but their phone wasn’t working. My fiancé got off work and drove out of his way to pick it up after numerous attempts of calling. The staff was clueless and rude. Gave us a ‘discount’ when the food should’ve been free. We won’t be ordering pizza from here again.
I just picked up 2 „free“ pizzas that I had credit for since they have recently been messing up our orders.What can I say.. barely cheese on the pizzas, regular crust is as thin as a thin crust pizza and some slices barely have any toppings.You would think that they will try to make up for their mistakes. Well they made it even worse and I will not be coming back to this Papa Johns again.
Another evidently poor review, but here goes.I ordered a pizza at exactly 5pm through the app. According to the app tracker, the pizza was delivered at 5:28pm only I did not get it. I called the store and talked to a manager. He was nice and apologetic and said he would refund my card and reorder another pizza to be delivered. 25 minutes later, I get a call from the store saying they could not do a cash delivery order. I said this was not a cash order and explained to him what happened. He again said they could not do a cash order. Then, I got upset and told him to cancel the order.
Can't give a review. Paid for pizza and never got it. Called, they said they would resend. Never happened. Rude employees, unhelpful. Still want pizza, but wNt good service
SHUT DOWN DELIVERY IF YOU ALL DON'T HAVE DRIVERS. IT'S RIDICULOUS AT THIS POINT. DELIVERING COLD PIZZA FOR WHAT??? Just terrible.
Takes 2 hours to deliver a pizza everytime we call and then to get an update get get no answer when you call. Good pizza but cannot stand the way this business is ran
