My boyfriend and I stopped by today for some dinner. I decided to order their new Chicken Sandwich. When I received it, the entire sandwich was ice cold. My boyfriend went up to the counter to ask for a fresh one but all he was asked was if it was okay if they just reheated it. He said sure. When he came back to the table with the sandwich it was still cold. He went back up there and asked for a refund and the manager told him he couldn’t because we used a gift card and that all he was going to do was make a new one. I do not understand why he couldn’t have just refunded us cash since we paid with a gift card. I will not be coming back here. This is probably why the whole store is empty.
I walked inside and stood at the counter for a few minutes with a girl at the counter working on one of the registers. Was like i wasn't even there. Another girl walked by the counter looked at me then continued on with what she was doing. So i left and went to MOD pizza which was delicious. That's why you got 2 stars instead of 1 your poor customer service introduced me to MOD pizza.
Thank you Google for inviting me to post my experience. I placed my order via the Panera bread app. I received a response 20 minutes later that my order wasn't ready. When I got to the restaurant, the app stated that my order was ready. The representative said that it wasn't ready. I waited almost an additional 30 more minutes before it was ready.
Really disappointed. We don’t have Panera where I live, but I used to LOVE it when I lived here a few years ago so I was really excited to go during our trip here. They have made some really bad changes to their menu since I was last here. I’m especially sad that they don’t have the caprese sandwich or ten vegetable soup anymore. My other favorite thing to get was the green goddess cob, but this location was out of avocado, pickled red onions, and tomato. I got the Mediterranean vegetable(?) sandwich because it was the only one that sounded really healthy, and the Asian citrus salad. The sandwich was pretty good and the salad was great. My husband got some kind of spicy chicken sandwich and a Mexican soup which were both decent but not worth the price. Their pastry selection was also not great. Just sad :(
The staff in the front was friendly . They were quick with our order. it wasn't really busy.I ordered a salad and it was very large.
So, my son and I walk in before 1030a. I'm at the counter deciding what to get. I start ordering, pausing between orders. I order the oatmeal, an egg and cheese sandwich, and 2 coffees. I pause to ask if they have a certain tea. It turns 10:32a. I'm told they stop serving breakfast at 1030a. Right, I get that...but I've been there ordering before the clock switched over. Some rude girl (Not the sweet girl helping at the register) is adamant they can't do it since the clock turned over. Then she abruptly grabs this stick to turn the above menu to the lunch. The girl at the register apologizes. I ask if the computer won't allow her to order the breakfast items if it hits 1030a. She has the most apologetic look on her face and says she can...but then glances over her shoulder where the rude girl told her no. I get that if I'd walked in at, or even after, 1030a that I should be told noI was at the register, though, waiting on my son to make up his mind. Zero patience awarded. Simply ridiculous. ***don't know who the rude girl was, but she was a young white girl. I'm not racially profiling, she was simply the only white girl I saw as the other girls behind the counter did not appear white.
I’ve always loved Panera’s food but each time I order ‘To Go’ from this location, there’s always something missing from my order. It’s happened at least five times at this location and at this point I’m going to find a new restaurant. The food is very expensive (albeit great quality) and I always add a 20% tip even on my pick up orders. Today this happened again - I didn’t notice my soup and sandwich were missing until I got home and opened the bag. When I’m missing $12 worth of food from a $45 order each time I visit, I feel very ripped off and frustrated.
For those that aren't"Panera panophiles"...Let's face it panera's overpriced the coffee isn't that great all those sandwiches are giant French rolls with tiny amounts of some form of $0.10 dressing inside of it that was cooked up by some gourmet in New York. The five spoonfuls of soup that you get for 10 bucks or the two bites of sandwich you get for also 10 bucks taste good and they won't make you fat because it would cost you a fortune to get fat in this place. So if you don't mind a third of your profits going to whatever good causes they decide where your money should go and you really don't have any kind of throttle and what you spend per pound for what you eat then it's good for an occasional bite or more. When I say occasionally I go there maybe once every couple of years just to remind myself oh yeah it's just like I just said above....Is panera's commitment to food banks in the homeless and how they take their daily waste that's edible of course and donate it to local food banks. That's an example we can all follow however the latte chugging Subaru driving North face wearing crowd can't keep their super high prices and equally high noses... Is Panera good? YesIs it any kind of a real value? Definitely not.1 6oz cup (NOT bowl) off French onion soup...and 5" beef sandwich on focaccia with possibly 2oz beef, and a bag of chips and NO drink...$23.00. everything tasted great.... But considering all of the options I would have for lunch at that price to have to settle for lots and lots and lots of bread?screw that.
Every time I try to order the bakery items are all sold out. Either they're too cheap to make more than 1 of each of everything or too lazy to make it at all. So disappointing since panera cookies are my favorite, especially the kitchen sink cookie! I've tried regularly for a year. I give up.
The Chicken Chipotle Avocado Melt Sandwich was great !
