OMG so outstanding food ?.We went around 5 restaurants for 4 days.We are from MN and FL.This is best testing, so fresh, so seasoned, clean, very good service. And price very reasonable.?Thank you so much ?Recommend yes, yes, yes ?
I stopped eating restaurant Chinese food a few years back mainly because of the food quality in my area. I saw that PE was voted as one of the top Chinese restaurants in America so I decided to give it a try. The food was amazing!!! I will be back and definitely my new go to spot for Chinese food.
Panda Express, get it together!A month ago I visited this location and there was a sign that said they did not have any change & please use exact change or by credit card. No biggie, stuff like that happens when it's busy.TODAY...a month later, I went back and the sign was still there and I wanted to pay cash. The girl asked me if I wanted to round up (for what I have no idea) and I did not. She noted there was a sign that said I needed to use exact change or credit. I told her I was there a month ago and the same sign was there, how in 1 month have they not got any change. She said ... I kid you not ... that "it was a company decision not to give back change" ?!?! Really
Worst experience ever at an panda! Went through the drive through at 8:30 pm they close at 9pm. The girl at the drive through kept saying is that all is that all...for one. Then she said the kitchen only had like 4 or 5 items and they wasn't making anything else..I told her that if there still open and if they have the food they are suppose to make what u asked for especially 30 mins till closing...it wasn't like I was there 5 mins till closing.... she said the kitchen closes at 8:45pm i told her it isnt 8:45 yet.....then my mushroom chicken was scorched an you can tell they gave me the bottom of the pot. Also the portion sizes was smaller then normal pandas. I just was not happy at all! Customer service will be called tomorrow.
I got a bowl with Honey Sesame Chicken half chow mein half fried rice. I received probably 10 noodles and all veggies. I ate it, but I was craving that chow mein noodles.
They are getting lazy, the lady who always works drive thru is rude, rushes you but then needs you to wait while she puts it in , they ask about ur sauce and then still forget to put it in the bag when you say anything they have a attitude.
I will NEVER dine here again. It was the first and last time. I ordered online (two bowls and an order of shrimp) and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I notified the guy (Jimmi) at the window that I was there and he said the order isn’t ready yet. That was all. So I probed and asked about a pick up area and he said either drive-thru or inside. Inside was not an option for me since I had my toddler sleeping in the car. It was 6:21pm and my order was suppose to be ready by 6:26pm. So I drove up and sat at the window. I waited there for 4 minutes before the guy came to the window. He told me my order was ($40 something dollars). I informed him again that I ordered online and that it was suppose to be ready at 6:26pm which was 6:25 at this time. He says I told you that your order wasn’t ready. I said well it’s time for my pick up now and that was 4-5 minutes ago that you said that. He says well it’s still not ready so you can come inside or go back through the drive thru. At this point the drive thru was wrapped around the back of the building and I didn’t have the option to come inside. I informed him there was no way I was going back in that drive-thru line and he told me that they were backed up and busy and stood there and stared at me instead of going to get my food (as if I was the problem or not a paying customer that order was suppose to already be ready) He told me he only worked drive thru not online!! how long does it take to throw some beef and broccoli and chicken and chow mein in a bowl?! So I didn’t leave the window until my food came. Yea their logistics is trash which is why their lines are long and the workers just don’t want to be there. The girl who brought my food after the jerk walked away didn’t even look happy. I’m calling the manager tomorrow and contacting corporate because clearly I’m not the first customer to experience such horrendous customer service from this place.
Great food customer service could improve but overall great experience
Food was OK. Portions were smaller than other Pandas. Service was horrible. The guy barely even spoke and we kept having to repeat ourselves. He gestured at the cups. All the open tables were dirty and I stuck my hand in some goop on the chair when trying to move it towards the table. The same guy got an attitude when we said something about it being dirty. Not once did anyone come into the lobby to wipe tables.
Like that they have a drive trough. Very delicious food. Only I dont like, the biggest plate have only 2 entrée and 1 side. Reason I like Chinese/Japanese because they have a lot to choose from. I like to get a little everything. Also be ready for a $3 upcharge if anything called steak.Other then these, nice place for a quick supper
