Salad and pasta fajioli awesome. Bartenders so happy and friendly. Have a sense of urgency. Place is busy. But like every where, lack of staff. Pack the patience

Yesterday my family and I visited Olive Garden around 4pm 2156 North Woods Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29406. We had a large party totaling about 15 people children and adults. Our waiter was Dakotah K. We were given salad that had hair in it. My 9 year old nephew had brought it to our attention after the salad was 90 percent eaten. (Please see the photo attached) Our waiter wasn’t around but several other workers were. We told one worker, a female and she stated that she would get a manager. She never returned nor did she return with a manager. We advised our waiter when he came back and still nothing was done. He completely ignored it. Then, we saw one of the managers walk by and advised her of the hair and all she said was, “I’ll bring you a new bowl of salad out,” which she finally did after we had already payed and packed up our food moments and moments later. Not one person offered an apology. Not one person offered a discount. Not one person offered a free meal or anything for the inconvenience. Hair in our food that we ate is unsanitary and unacceptable. Nevertheless, we paid for our meal and still tipped the waiter which we shouldn’t have even done.

Olive garden is always good. This restaurant was short on staff- receipts around register floor weren't picked up. Tables were dirty underneath. At 3:15 on a Tuesday we waited 30 minutes to be seated and 40 minutes to get our food. We ordered marinara sauce but we got the rustic chunky spicy sauce. I'm willing to not knock off more stars since this is the first time I've been to this OG.

5 stars because our server Chase was awesome. He had the best attitude and provided quick, efficient service. However, I witnessed the manager be mean to not one but two employees. He was incredibly patronizing and rude. After both interactions I overheard, I commend the two employees for not quitting right then and there because no amount of money is worth that treatment. I think the managers name was Jared, but he did not have his name tag on. I hope he can get it together or they can find a manager that treats their employees better. Great job Chase!

Had lunch with my sister in law. We had the endless salad and soup. Which was delicious. Our waiter was such a nice guy.

this may sound dramatic, but my friend and i came in yesterday. she came down from college and had a gift card. my ex works here so i naturally try to avoid this place, but because my friend had a gift card and there are no other Olive Gardens around, we decided to go anyway. not surprisingly, my ex is on shift and it was clear that everyone working knew we had once been together. we received nasty looks from almost every waitress, including pointing fingers and snickering. normally it wouldn’t bother me. it was mainly the service. our waitress was outwardly rude, mostly to me of course. she threw our straws down as she was walking away from our table. she rushed us when it came to ordering and to leaving the restaurant all together. we never received silverware or napkins. the waitress eventually “gave up” on us. another nice, wonderful waitress took over for her when it came to giving us our entrees and when we had to ask for forks and our soup that never came out. she was the only nice one there. eventually our original waitress came back, of course filled with attitude. at one point i saw her pull my ex to the side, point at us, give us nasty looks, and continue to whisper and talk. i understand that i should’ve expected immaturity right off the bat, but i figured “this is her place of employment, it’ll be fine”. needless to say i stood corrected as every other employee started to be incredibly rude once they knew who i was. not to mention we got charged for something we didn’t even get, but i was not about to cause a scene over that. very disappointing. all we wanted was some pasta lol. please be more aware of the way one employee affects your whole staff.

Yo. Ya boy went in with his family and came out with EVEN MORE family. Bread sticks were okay, soup was great, salad was dope. Neva was on FIRE! Best service I've had in a while. I thought to myself, "self, 'Why is she trying so hard? Does she not realize this is an Olive Garden'" Then I realized...she is doing her best cause we family now. I love this place.

We went to celebrate wedding celebration. We had reservations days before and called to let them know we were on the way. There was only 11 guest. We waited 1hr to be seated. Then we ordered appetizers. We waited 45 minutes to find out that the server took them to another table. We request a manager to express our disappointment that we received from olive garden. We wasted 3hrs in this restaurant without a full meal. The restaurant wasn't even full and they had staff.

As busy as Friday nights get, the service was still phenomenal! Our waitress, Sarah, was extraordinary! Her attitude and smile was something that I’ll definitely remember and think about when Olive Garden crosses my mind. Food was amazing as usual as well!

Absolutely love their endless soup salad and bread! I always sit at the bar because I usually eat lunch there by myself when I do go. And I just love her she's so sweet and attentive and on top of everything
