I went here about a month ago for my birthday dinner. I so desperately wished I chose somewhere else to celebrate my big day. We waited about 10 mins to be sat but the real trouble came after we got to the table. Everything took soooooo long!! I mean she walked passed our table a million times before she even greeted us I never would have thought she was our server, 0 acknowledgment. Every time she left the table it took about 20-40 mins to come back, every single time. So we started to chat with the table in front of us and they where having a terrible experience as well, telling us that the server had taken their card to pay the bill and was gone for almost an hour !! (at this time we’ve been waiting 30 mins for our appetizer so I believe it) now my main problem was when that table left the server came up asking us what that table said and asking us why they were upset?? i just don’t understand why she didn’t ask the table they were clearly mad. & our server acted as if she was irritated when I declined to gossip. I gave 2 stars cause despite the terrible service and dirty cups I was given I enjoyed my steak. The food was good but not enough to deal with the horrible service. What a shame

My brother Mitchell and I stopped in to get a bite to eat last night. I was impressed with the staff, as they had great manners and were very accommodating to us. Our server, Kaylee was super knowledgeable about the menu and was patient with us as we decided on what to order. The wait time was not as long as other restaurants in the vicinity. It was not loud inside, which made for a better place to meet than others we've visited in the past. We shall return.
A very nice place to dine. The food is great and tasty. One gets their money's worth. The staff are friendly and eager to please their customers. I am definitely going back there. My cousin and I enjoyed our meal. Bravo!!?
I think I’ve only eaten at O’Charleys once in my life and that was many many years ago. We stopped by there last night for some food for the movie and I must say it was amazing! Spinach and artichoke dip was great, all our entrées were delicious and my son completely tore up his steak! I don’t remember our waiters name but the gentleman had really long hair. Super nice guy and took care of us well. Thanks for dinner!
Waitress was nice an catered to me. Food didn't take long. Hot fresh. Dessert..didn't care for it. Apple crumb pie I think. Pass on that. Other than that. The service was good
My sister in law had told me that Ocharleys was my brother's favorite restaurant on this area. Hubby and I were in the area on a business trip and decided to stop by and try it out. The menu had ALOT of different options. I ordered the sirloin topped with bacon jam. It was out of this world! Hubby has the fish and chips. The fries were good and the fish was good, but it was small pieces, kind of like fish sticks. However, that being said he said they tasted very good. Our waitress Angel was outstanding. She checked on us often and was very friendly and bubbly. We would DEFINITELY go back.
Waitress had 5 tables and I it took 25 minutes to get mayo for my sandwich and then argued with me about bringing my mayo faster because she had tables waiting on their drinks as my food got cold
Dined with a large group for lunch. The service was top-notch. Our waitress Michaela was phenomenal - providing stellar service for all 13 of us. The food was solid - fresh, hot, and overall tasty. Steaks and burgers cooked to perfect temperatures. The seafood portions left a little to be desired, but were overall satisfying.
