New to Charleston. I’ve gone to this location twice and the man at the drive thru window at night was extremely rude on both occasions. I was the only person in line at 1am and he was rushing me through my order. I explained that I this was my first time here and I was checking out the menu and he was still rushing me every few seconds. I ordered the shrimp basket with fries. The fries were extremely oily and the shrimp were not cleaned at all. I decided to give it a second shot last night and the same dude in the drive thru was there. He was still rushing me and was extremely rude again. I told him to his face that he was rude once I got my food so he doesn’t spit in it. I will not be back. Worst customer service ever.
The one on Rivers is much better. This one lacks customer service and seasoning. Food is poorly made. I've tried to give more than 2 chances. Yall just gotta do better. Don't even toss the wings. Just pour sauce on them.
Went to dorchester location , person taking order barely spoke English. Very rude people not a thank you, your welcome, or come again. What ever happened to customer service.Did not pay for my order at dorchester person taking my card told me I was rude. Excuse me! Left went to NICKS on riversGot the same treatment. Smh.Buildings are rattling and very poor shapeDon't see how they are still in business but I guess their customers don't care ?
Go exercise after eating, or you'll be sorry! Open until 4AM, this is the spot for some good fried seafood and wings. Their gizzards are a little chewy, but well seasoned. Could do with Bleu cheese as an option.
I’ve been coming here for 4-5 years and within the last 2 years. I’ve seen the prices raise . I order the same thing everytime I come (BBQ wings and a slice of red velvet cake). For the wings alone, The first price was about 9.80 then it jumped to 10.89. Yesterday I paid almost 15 bucks for 10 wings!! I understand inflation all too well but this is ridiculous!! I won’t be coming here as often as I would like anymore
I really enjoyed the Philly Cheese steak today. Generous portions & delicious!
Ordered hot wings and sweet tea. Hot wings were fried and UNSEASONED with wing sauce poured on top. Not the place for hot wings for me, but the service was good.
The last few times we've ordered from here have been horrible. Our orders have been completely wrong before. The food has been sub-par as of late. Seems old and fried food has been soggy. Worst of the worst, though, is treatment through the drive through. We are rushed through our order (probably why they get things wrong), they have zero customer service soft skills, their active listening sucks and they're just rude. We won't be going back.
Not much to say except the food was horrible. I got a gyro and the hush puppies. I couldn’t even finish my meal. Would definitely not recommend.
Basically paid 13$ for fries and a drink. Got a gyro and fries, Arnold Palmer, and a sweet potato pie slice. The fries were decent and warm, but as i go to eat the gyro i discovered it was drenched in tzatziki sauce and was extremely cold, basically inedible. Smashed into the aluminum foil wrapper, which i don't even know why it was in there considering the temperature. Figured maybe I could eat it later after i get home, and i still have my pie. Go to eat my pie and all i get is sugar mush, no sweet potato in it at all. Not sure if it's canned or something but tastes horrible i have to spit it out. Also slides off the crust before i can even get my fork in. Used to go to Nick's while in college all the time, but quality has tanked. Will not be returning better food at Arby's.
