I see why this place's drive thru is dead as a doornail at 8pm on a Saturday night: these geniuses do not answer you when you drive up, and ignore you when you drive up to the window. It actually happened to me twice, so unless I'm a ghost and don't know it, this place is staffed by people who are very smart and do not like getting paid.
Went to dorchester location , person taking order barely spoke English. Very rude people not a thank you, your welcome, or come again. What ever happened to customer service.Did not pay for my order at dorchester person taking my card told me I was rude. Excuse me! Left went to NICKS on riversGot the same treatment. Dirty floors,tables, walls, and everything else. Water stains showing through the ceiling tiles. Broken air conditioner and insect's buzzing about. Completely unsanitary!
I am very disturbed and left a review on both the Rivers Location, Yelp, and your company website. I had an encounter where my order was not correct, when I went to send it back, the person who stated they were a part of management yelled and was swearing at me to the point other employees got involved. I think there was a language barrier, which I have no issue with. As a consumer, I reserve the right to have the order the way I ordered it, but most importantly, should not be yelled and sworn at by someone in, especially in management. It is wildly inappropriate. I understand people have bad days, but in no way, shape, or form did I deserve that disrespect. I left my contact info on your website. I don't even usually leave bad reviews for businesses due to me later feeling bad for potentially hurting the business owners profits during these hard times. I just feel since I believe this is the headquarter location this should be brought to someone's attention and should be addressed.
Really good eating here. Also, they hire people in the community. Order anything! Cake portions are my only complaint
The person who they have taking orders is not friendly. You pay $50 to be disowned by race. I was rushed to make my order. 2 combos. The guy ignored me after taking my payment and walked off into his office in the back. The other employees had to serve my food. While 2 other employees approached the window to view me first I asked for my drinks because I ordered combos. The guy confirmed with the same non American person. And I was denied. Even though I showed my receipt. This place was closed for months during covid. You would think they would have more respect for customers. I will no longer service here. I have a full video on my channel named most tourist but business not accepted according to race
Food is just slack and nasty . Customers service is literally non existence with them don't except to be acknowledged as a paying customer. Won't be back.im so disappointed in this nasty salty plate and what CHEF pairs corn on the cob with already nasty chicken alredo pasta . ?Waited In line behind ONE car for 26 mins. I was was never greeted by these people just the "nicks" at drive threw. No acknowledgment at the window just place their hands out for the money .not even a thank you after shoving bag out the window with the nasty food inside in my face . ? and wont be back.
It’s like cookout and Waffle House had a sweet love baby in terms of service. Kinda not the cleanest but it’s so good
Absolutely disappointed. No flavor. No greeting at drive thru. Man was north of rude. You could tell he hated his job. No customer service training evidently. We spent $32 well, wasted $32 for wings and a flounder combo. Only seasoned with minimal salt for those who need low sodium, but ick.. when you go out, you expect flavorful food. Wings were dry and I ordered lemon pepper. They just sprinkled the seasoning on top of the dry wings. It wasn't lemon pepper seasoning, had no lemon flavor. Her fish combo, which was $13 was sad. One piece of fish and ten million french fries, 3 hush puppies and maybe 4 shrimp. She wanted a side of calamari..well she had 4 small ones that cost us $4.99N. E. V. E. R. A. G. A. I. Awesome! First time ordering last night. The food was freshly prepared, and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. I recommend and will return.
