How is it y'all offer to place an order through the phone not even a month ago but now you don't take phone orders. Not everyone can make it there to sit and wait on food. Need to fix their calling audio if you won't take phone orders anymore. Just crazy. Runs more into my lunch time from work. I guess only Tanger Moe's and West Ashley Moe's aren't lazy.
Everything was delicious! I ordered a bowl and a burrito to be delivered.The bowl was more than one portion for me, so I was not able to finish it in one sitting (and that's always a great thing).Delivery was on time and was with ease. I shall order again soon.
Ordered Curbside because I had a newborn in the car. No one ever answered the phone.?? It's a lot of work to get out when you have 47 stitches and carrying a car seat.
Much preferred over its main chain competition. This moes has a weird layout but its delicious
Moe's is great but this one is lacking. Most of the time this Moe's has its doors locked and slap an online only on their door. We used to come here a lot but likely not anymore. Slow service, lack of items on the menu but unavailable. Just very disappointing. Unfortunately like most businesses in the area this one is located in, before long this location prob will be closing its doors too.
Update: I called and spoke with the General Manager, Ashley, and she was truly apologetic of the experience that I had the previous evening. She took care of the refund and offered to comp the meal. She is the only hope for this restaurant turning around. Moes definitely needs more folks like her and the young man bringing out the orders last night. The tags should be Terrible, slow service and Not Friendly! This Moes needs to be shut down! This store has the WORST employee, Heather, ever employed. How are you seriously training your employees??? I was told that my order was made and, even though I was there at the designated pickup time and for an additional 30 minutes after, it was never given to me or set on the table for everyone to look through completed orders. I checked each order brought to the table and my name was never on any. Im told to request a refund and reorder, and when I ask how do you do a refund from a web order, I’m told basically figure it out. I’ve had bad experiences at places through the years but this one topped them all. I do NOT recommend anyone going here. Take a quick trip over to the Moes by Tanger and save yourself a lot of trouble and headache.
Service is always great, place is clean, and the food is yummy! Definitely recommend.
Restaurant is not actually open. The Doors are locked and customers are forced to wait outside for extremely slow service. Multiple items were missing from my order and had to drive back to the restaurant and wait outside again with several other customers waiting on their orders. One was still there waiting from when I picked up my order originally. Only one poor employee working on their busiest day of the week. Based on other reviews this has been going on for a while I will not come back to this location ever again.
Everytime I've ordered online from here, they cancel the order WHEN IT'S ALREADY BEING PICKED UP. They have the audacity to repeatedly waste customers' time. Don't be on a food odering platform if you don't want to fulfill the orders. The entire staff needs to be given the boot at this point, because clearly working is not something they're interested in.
This place use to be good. But visit today and the staff lady on front are very rub. Never going eat here anymore. She gave us so little food.
