I ordered a homewrecker and a bowl for dinner. There were exactly 4 small pieces of protein (steak) in the bowl and not much more than that in the burrito. The chips tasted several hours old and the guac was brown and slimy. This location is take out only right now so I had to order online while standing at the door. This would not have been a big issue except everything came out cold and not fresh. I was not impressed by this location, but at least they were open unlike some of the other Moe's locations in the area
I travel to Charleston often. Last time I was here I came to Moe’s for dinner at 8pm when they close at 9pm. Two ladies were bringing in signs for the night but i didn’t think they were closed yet, and neither communicated to me anything. I walked past one lady to follow the other through a door, she closed the door and locked it right as I was reaching to open it. I walked away and the other employee never said a word. So rude. Today I gave them another chance. I usually go to Chipotle across the street but wanted a change. At lunch everyone was cold and a bit rude. I couldn’t even get the entire word “guacamole” out before the man interrupted me loudly, “that’s extra!” The cashier said “choose a tip” and I chose none. Then the transaction canceled so she re-did it and more loudly this time said “choose a tip THEN insert your card.” I again chose none and said thank you when she gave me the receipt but got no response back. It costs nothing to be polite, I don’t know why this Moe’s was so rude on two different days. Food was good, restaurant seemed clean.
I don't think I had ever stopped here, but I'm very glad I did! Moe's without a line is NICE.
Solid, simple, straightforward fare my only real gripe is it was Sunday afternoon, kinda slow, and the tables and serving area were filthy. We pulled up to the establishment at 9:32 March 12,2022. Because an employee was sitting on her phone at a table closest to the door I opened the car door and signaled to get to ask if they were open. She shook her head vigorously to say no, looked back at her coworkers and did the same while laughing. As they all laughed another car pulled up as we were leaving and walked in. Shortly after leaving another establishment the store was full of customers. I find it completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Just a bunch of lazy young women, pitiful. Very disappointed
Hours of operation state open at 10am. Showed up 3mins ago(10:34am) and worker behind would not open the door. Get your GOOGLE hours of operation right manager, this is customer service 101..
The employees were friendly and patient. My order was challenging and I asked multiple questions. Each was met with a patient and kind answer. At first I thought the prices a little high however, after I saw how much food ?...it seems about right. I ate 3 different times. It was delicious the day after too!
3rd times a charm.I really gave this place a chance. Different areas, but your getting the brunt of it, Tanger.1. I got tofu not beef2. I got my food cold, all of it. Missing sauces; cheese for the lactose and tolerant3. Literally, online order. Only mod was "sour cream on the side" and "grilled peppers".No peppers. Sour cream looking at me.There will never be a 4th.(Edit) and I got red sauce instead of green. Those aren't even the same amount of letters. I don't want dense people cooking my food.
The Moes at Tanger is no longer affiliated with the original Moes that we were use to according to the woman manager that gave us that information. So if is not how are they still able to advertise as Moe’s? The manager was not customer friendly at all.
Food here was delicious and fresh even at 8pm. The service was fast and friendly. Thank you for making up for the Rivers Ave Moes total lack of professionalism and customer service. The Rivers Ave Moes is literally less than a mile from my home but I will drive the distance to y’all from now on when I want Moes!
