I went to same location 2 times in nearly a 2 hr window. The first was 2 stars but the 2nd visit was worst.I understand the times we are living in with understaffing but it was so bad going thru drive thru, I parked and did mobile pickup.On first trip, the worker brought food out with one of drinks under her arm and other drink spilling out.The 2nd trip, my order was placed for in store pickup. After waiting 10 minutes, among others in lobby, I told them I needed to cancel order as I was going to be late reaching my destination.As a visitor to Charleston, I was amazed at the disorganization of the lobby area that so many were waiting for their food.
I got to say here the food slaps. I ate here the other day with my friend and the food was bussin. Only one problem is that the hand sanitizer dispenser is growing some kind of disease on it. I don’t understand where this comes from. I think it should be cleaned and that whatever it is shouldn’t be around
I ordered a big Mac combo. Fries was not fresh, the bottom bread on my big Mac was hard. So I took it off. Also the outside of the middle bun was hard. I will not eat there again
Pretty bad experience here today for breakfast. As we started to order at the kiosk they made the announcement that the computers were down and everyone would have to show the receipt to get their orders. Instead of going to another McDonald's we decided to order but then the kiosk did not print the receipt. From there it was a half an hour and a lot of confusion to get our food. The employees all handled the situation in different ways. Some were calm and handled the situation properly however some were yelling and criticizing. The situation got so bad they had to lock the doors, which created confusion for people in the drive through line waiting for their orders who tried to come in and check on the order.
Worst service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, zero people inside, only about 3-4 cars in drive through and I stand at front for 10 minutes without help or someone taking my order. So I left and will never be back to that location.
I like McDonald’s so I’m probably biased. The service here is pretty good. They almost never get my order wrong which is impressive with the amount of volume they do.
This place is the worst the last time I placed an online order they brought me out 2 different orders that wasn't mine then they finally brought mines out and it was messed up missing a whole patty off of a double quarter and now it is today I've sat in slot 1 for 30 minutes still didn't get my food went inside and the manager is just staring at the screen like she don't know what's going on then finally someone comes and talk to me and tell me they haven't started my order yet and now I'm back in the car for another10 minutes and still haven't gotten my food I've seen people pull up and order after met get there food and leave like this is ridiculous almost an hour for
Fast, nothing was missing and our food was freshly made. Fries were delicious and crunchy! Staff was very friendly as well!
This was horrible McMuffin burnt and certainly tasted that way, cheese looks old! What did you do? ReNuke my sandwich maybe. The hash browns were lukewarm at the best, and no you were not busy !
This place used to be great! Temp of food was off and fries were too salty to eat. Not to mention no toy in one of the two happy meals purchased. No sauce for chicken nuggets. I asked twice for sauce, but I don't believe the young lady at the window understands english very well.
