I ordered RIGHT OUTSIDE the store on the app so I can get my points right? My number was 1340. I saw them fix my order then set it aside, clear # off screen and NEVER ONCE called my number and I stood at the front counter only to be ignored for 10 minutes. I'm not critiquing them on their food. It's always fresh & hot. But their service that day sucked plain & simple. My order was cinna donuts & 2 fudge sundaes!
We recently stopped here to get a cold milk shake before returning to our hotel. What a disappointment! 1st there was a sign on the door telling you to open it with either your foot or elbow for touchless entry. Well we tried it all, the door wouldn't budge (mind you this was around 2:00-3:00PM). We tried both doors both were locked. A man pulled up, got out and put his key in the lock and I asked him what the trick was to getting in. He said they were closed but we could use the drive thru. A SIGN ON THE DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE! We got in the car and waited in the drive thru line, When it finally became our turn we ordered our two milk shakes and the voice told us WE DON'T HAVE MILK SHAKES. With that we left! There are 3 things McD's has been famous for since the 50's. Hamburgers, french fries and MILK SHAKES!
My order was right on time and accurate and everything was still hot. That's all I can ask for in a fast food place!
I ordered on the app and paid for it. Got to the location and the shake machine was down (shocker, right?). Lady told me she could refund my $20 worth of shakes. What! Really? Now I'm going round and round with corporate!
Well,To begin the staff was incredibly rude. What happened to welcoming the guest before “order when ready” ? Also , when getting handed my drink , the girl at the window damn near threw it in my car. Then i received it not filled to the top with no ice. As for the cherry on top, HAIR FOUND IN MY FRIES ? Safe to say i chopped this up as a loss , threw this food away , and went somewhere else . So should you . Definitely contacting health and safety .
These associates work hard and take their job seriously. They are respectful and make amazing sweet tea. Best mcdonals I've been to in a long time so please show them some respect and courtesy cause I'd like the food and service to stay this ? good thankyou
Quick overnight stay in area. Stopped in at 8pm on 3/7 and both girls working the window were rude, I went out of my way to be overly friendly thanking them and the girl hands the bag out the window with her head turned and joking with other employees, not even a thank you our thank you for waiting so long! But i guess, what can one expect from mcdonalds! Sad!
Old McDonald's still a number 1 restaurant they've been here since dawn of time lol awesome
Went into this restaurant on the way to the beach for a restroom break and the restrooms had a sign that stated “locked for customer use only.” I find that a completely reasonable policy so I quickly went to the counter to order fries and a drink and to get the restroom key. After paying for my order the young man looked around for the key and then asked a lady that seemed to be manager where it was and she said “no, the restroom is closed.” She then proceeded to rant to the other workers about how she “ain’t cleaning after nobody that’s not her job” and went on and on about it. It was super rude and degrading and unfortunate. As someone with ulcerative colitis, I’ve always found McDonalds to be a friendly, judgement-free place for a quick pit stop. Just a very general lack of kindness from this lady.
Stopped by with my daughter and grandchildren to pick up some lunch and they really did a good job with our order! We had a pretty large order and they got everything right and the food was hot and good as well!! I like this location for sure!
