I've been here twice now on my lunch break at work and sat inside to eat. Its been clean and not super slow (though not super fast either which is understandable, it is McDonald's). The manager (I think) was really nice both times. Food was good, not too hot or too cold. Its one of the few McDonald's that let's you eat inside, so thats nice. I wish the one by my house was ran like this location is.

Very rude man I sat at the intercoms right order no one said anything so I drove around and the man in the window said I should of said something like it was t his job to greet all customers when they pull to the intercoms. I have a video of this disrespectful staff all I wanted was to order some food. I have mental health issues I’m suicidal and this person was very rude to me. You don’t know what people are going through.

Always loved and still do love McDonald's fries but have been to restaurant several times past few months and the new method of ordering yourself I do not like it's an easy system but the employes are very confused and not their fault you have a replacement employee taking orders have employee who takes money for order and half the time the order didn't take gave customer a number but sent another that pulls up for you to pay then another counter where Noone has any idea who ordered what and scrambling to get orders out but then has to match food and person there is no system. The other day I took my food I had a large fry and ask for extra ketchup and a pack of mayo I got 2 packs of ketchup I did get the pack of mayo went to counter to ask fot more after 10 minutes finally was helped ask for my extras and was told you got an extra in the bag and we only give out 1 packet of mayo per fry by then my fries were cold and I was speechless I could only count to 10 snd pray for God to give me strength to walk away and not lash out at her as she did me. I thought about that lady all . afternoon and how I watched this new ordering system take over and cause chaos and aggravation stress headaches and change for the employee's who some new customers by name and what they ordered I miss this the next day I went in for a fry and a milkshake I was waiting at rhe pickup counter for number to be called I felt someone come from behind me as a bag was being closed and they made their way beside me before looking over I heard a voice say here are you 4 ketchup and 2 mayo I hope you enjoy your fries today now this is what service is about so so McDonald's give your customers and employees back the personal touch when dining with you so that when we get our fries we are able to still enjoy with our ketchup mayo or whatever condiments are needed and provided by all the employees who give the customers the added touch that makes McDonald's a family friendly restaurant.

Garbage service. The purple haired woman at the register refused to give me my coupon deal and then said I used it already when I got to the window and THEN she laughed and shut the window ha ha ha ha very funny McDonald’s. I’m almost certain I saw her take the sandwich out of my bag. If she needed the food I would’ve just bought her a mcchicken. Employees stealing from customers? This is not a good look McDonalds.

The store charged my debit card and refused to give me the food I ordered. The person at the counter didn't give me a receipt. I even showed the manager on my phone the charge deducted. I immediately called my bank and they confirmed that I was charged. Total waste of my time. I will file a complaint with the corporate office.

Probably the best McDonald's meal I've had since my childhood. I only eat at McDonald's 1-2 a year, and typically always disappointed. Fries were hot and seasoned perfect. Big Mac bun was fresh, plenty of condiments (burger was not great as expected). Coke was perfectly carbonated with good coke syrup mixture. Greeted with a smile at the drier though window.

have a separate window when y’all close the inside for door dash and uber eats! you guys are always ready with the pickup orders, thank you!

I had to get on to update this review. My son contacted them through the app and the manager called him to apologize. She also is going to do remakes at no charge next time we are that way?? This is excellent customer service. This is what happened. I ordered two double hamburgers through the app. I looked inside the bag and read the tag so I didn’t think to open them up until I got home. It was useless calling because no one answers the phone?? These restaurants do not take into consideration that people sometimes pick food up on the way home. It’s really not worth the gas to drive back. It’s just really sad I paid a little over $5 for two singles with one pickle each??? The jokes on me.

Was very slow. We had confidence that the food would be correct and holding to the company's high standards. I ordered 2 double Quarter pounders and a triple cheeseburger. Both quarter pounders were not done cooking. The meat was raw and the bun, could have held up to concrete. It's so sad even with your simple burgers. You're franchise products are not the best on any level.

Got the cheeseburger bundle food is absolutely disgusting like the staff did not care condiments missing, bread stale, fries limp and soggy will not go back.
