Holy hell. This is THE WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. Waited in the drive thru for (no exaggeration) 45 min only to get to the window (after ordering 30 min earlier) and be told they were closed. They shut off all the lights. I understand you’re short staffed but maybe if you paid your employees a decent wage, you could attract a better, more reliable crew. Don’t go here.
Normally, it's just okay...and I'll be honest I'll be back (because I have a child and it's close by) but....this morning I spent over $30 (3 meals were the exact same) and they handed me 1 wrong meal. I told them it was incorrect and handed them the receipt and they still gave me the wrong meal (a kids box) ??♀️ I told them it was wrong again and they argued saying that's what was on my receipt. Then they asked for my receipt again (by this point, I told them that I hope they can read this time since they already had my receipt before. I know, I normally wouldn't have said anything but finally I got the right meal.3rd time is a charm with these folks!!
Drive thru was incredibly slow, staff never said thank you and almost threw the food through our window. Needs work. The food was hot, fresh and tasty
I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. It was 11pm which means the dining room was closed, so they had literally nothing to do besides take drive through orders. When I FINALLY got to order they left off one of the things I ordered and I only ordered 5 items with no modifications. Is it really that hard?
Sat in the drive thru for like 20 minutes waiting for someone to take the order of myself and three other cars. I understand wanting to give customers fresh food. But these wait times are just astronomical and uncalled for. Fast food is called fast food for a reason. I’m all for you guys getting a decent pay but come on. Put it the work please. Or just strike again all together.
This McDonald's is clean with fast service and also service with a smile!! There is one young man who they are lucky to have, Jeremiah. He takes up everyone's jobs that need to be done and does it with a great attitude, he's an excellent worker!! Keep up the great work Jeremiah!! It'll pay off in your future young man!!
Horrible. Waited for ever to get my drive through order taken. Get the window. There are at least six employees who are talking and clueless. The firs bag they hand me has some other vehicles order. (Was a lot of food so I hope it wasn’t the car ahead of me’s food.) I tell the the correct order. A double quarter pounder combo and a 6piece nugget combo with ranch. The guy has gets the ranch. Some girl comes up and argues with him about the order saying I ordered something else. Finally they “fix” it and I end up with my kids nuggets. No ranch and a double cheeseburger despite getting confirmation from the kid that it’s a double quarter and not a regular double. ??♂️and they want $15hr for that sort of service. They should pay me $15 just for pulling into their drive through. Not going back ever again. Especiallysense I rarely eat that junk to begin with. Just not worth it.
Intercom system wasn't working properly and when I drove to the window to let them know and place an order, I was told that I had to drive back around to get back in line. I felt after waiting for 10 minutes and watching other cars go ahead of me and may wife I thought to just drive up to the window. I do realize that businesses are short staffed but that is not an excuse to ignore a customer. This is the first bad experience I have ever had at this location. I ended up going to another location downtown and received much better service.
Normally this McDonalds is horrible. However, today I was so impressed. They literally made my week! I went shopping and started feeling dizzy (14 weeks pregnant and needed to eat) it was a long exhausting week and all I wanted was a McDonald’s choc shake and fries. This location’s machine is never working and I assumed I would be turned away again, with it being down. But I was determined to try. I got there, ordered and surprisingly it was working (yay). But what was really impressive was the employees, a gentleman at the drive through at 3:30 pm was so friendly and even said thank you! I got to the window and he was still so nice. After pulling up to the 2nd window the lady was super nice. Drove away like “WOW, best experience I’ve ever had here. Btw for the first time ever the fries were actually hot and SALTED which never happens! Yay for the great employees today!
Meat wasn't cooked all the way, tried to call management but no answer. I've only ordered from this location 3 times. And all 3 times I've asked for fresh fries, did i get it.....Nope! Fries be stale and on this last visit grease needed to be changed.
