I thought the problems were fixed but nooooo. The drive thru can not put a complete order in the bag. Please don't make me do everything. Please hire some non Americans that can help us.

disgusting experience... the cashier who attended me only spoke on the phone, I ordered a double, they gave me normal... I saw how they took my hamburger with their hands and opened it, I think to see if the order was okay, but they are gloves and with loose hair... they were really rude! awful experience!

I don't know where they found the new drive thru guy but he's always so friendly and nice!! Give that man a raise.

I asked for a deluxe chicken with no tomatoes and extra mayo, but got this..

The gentleman that took my order was very friendly. The food is not worth the money. It appears the size of everything has gotten smaller.

This is the worst that I've ever been , never have coffee,,, ice cream machine always broken... Staff has no knowledge of their own establishment... Etc... It's just a very unfriendly environment.... This establishment needs a do-over !!!

My order was totally wrong and when I called about it, the female who answered hung up on me and when I called back she told me that I hung up on her. The staff at this establishment is incompetent. When I told her that I was allergic to onions, she showed no care at all that onions were put on my food after I specifically asked for them not to be. When I said I called corporate, she said that I sounded like a "redneck" and hung up again. Nice to know that as long as it's someone other than a white person using a racial slur it's ok. I'm now considering legal action.

The lobby was closed but they allow you to walk up to the window and order your food which is very good especially in this age of a pandemic

The driver through manager happily refunded my order and did not accept another form of payment for my order. She had red braids on 12:45pm 12/01/2021. She was very rude while a nice gentleman was trying to correct my ordering after the manager demanded another dollar. I gave her a credit card for the dollar, asked for my receipt for a review and she did not accept. I have over 20000 points on my McDonald’s account and was denied service. Customer service was very poor and I don’t feel the manager was adequate enough for the job here. Honestly refunded over a dollar, a simple math order and lost a whole customer. food cost is too high to waste food and customers at this time. I will be contacting HR as well because I feel discriminated against by the manager, I eat here every day all the employees greet me kindly.

This McDonald's has been remodeled. It has kiosks for ordering, but they were down tonight. The employees were polite. It was very slow on this Friday night. Almost no people inside.
