The first one I went to that morning never took order. There were people in the place, but no one took my order, and I must have sat at the drive-through for a good five minutes. The second one took my order, but got the whole order wrong and overcharged me. No one's order was right. I won't ever go back to McDonald's, and I don't care who's buying I'm never eating their food again.
I live near this location and I’ve been consistently disappointed for years. Never anything wrong with my food or anything and I’ll even forgive a messed up order here and there but the wait is sometimes insane. Always a line. If the drive through has more than like 6 cars I’ll just keep going because I know if I stop to wait I’ll be in line for an extremely long period of time.
Customer service is horrible at this location. They gave diet dr pepper and when I said it was not dr pepper like I ordered they argued and refused to listen, and they completely forgot to give the diet coke that was ordered after the whole ordeal they ignored anything that was said and 20 minutes later we left with nothing we had actually ordered which was only 4 drinks to begin with.
OMG..... Well this is the second time I stopped by this McDonalds to get a quick bite to eat on the road. Were should I start. 1- Order a number 5. They have no sauce for the Nuggets, the nuggets were over cooked dry and have zero taste Actually they test like card board. When I pay I give the lady a larger bill with the exact amount of change to get bills back. She come back with more change. I said, hey I give you $10,53 for a 9.53 charge, you owe me a dollar.. She couldn't figure it out. But, that is not the biggest issue, the issue is that everything is overcooked and nothing is done as it supposed to be. This franchise is BAD>>>>
Fries were hot and fresh but my McCracken was literally not even Luke warm,I was also given a spicy instead of regular one. It was awful....hard,cold and spicy...I took 2 bites and was done! I was otw home after working a super long day so I didn't go back to complain, but on a normal day I would have.
They literally forget my child’s chicken nuggets every time we eat there. Then once I asked for a 6 piece nugget and they put 4 nuggets in a 6 piece box, i asked for apple slices and they game me fries. They never pay attention to what they’re doing.
Ordered two hamburger meals only got one burger. Had to pull over and get the other burger. Food was good, but service was not Chick fil- A.
My grandson wanted this for lunch. I had to ask what did I order. I was disappointed with the quality.
Long line in the drive-thru. Parked, ran in and order from the kiosk. Efficient enough but takes a sec to figure out. Ran to the restroom. My food was ready on my return.. Great experience
While I often eat at McDonald's, this one was mediocre. The cashier was delightful but my food wasn't hot. It was room temperature at the most. I do not like nor recommend warm hash browns or breakfast sandwiches. I would rather visit the McDonald's by DiDi's discount store (Rivers Ave)
