We pick up Marcos fairly regularly. Usually a large deluxe pizza and a chicken cesar salad with extra dressing and a 2 liter of pepsi. I pay extra for extra dressing. Tonight, I sent my daughter in to grab the food while I waited at the curb and this is on the salad box. Also, the salad was made God only knows when. The crutons are mush. And there was only one dressing packet. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that until we were all the way home. And the pizza was lukewarm. Disappointed is putting it mildly.Update: the owner of the store called me and apologized profusely. He explained that the salad was one an employee made for themselves, hence the initials on the box. He also refunded our entire order in the form of credit on our account and was very kind. We'll definitely give them another shot thanks to his excellent customer service.

Level of service demonstrated is definitely NOT what you would imagined for Wescott. We understand finding quality help can be challenging during these times, however please exercise caution. It's great to see to young employees in leadership roles, but when they lack customer service skills, professionalism and conflict resolution training, it's disturbing. Customers should not be inconvenienced, ignored and given passive aggressive treatment when trying to pick-up an order. Enjoying recreational substances is a personal choice, but when a customer is trying resolve an issue and your sluggish nonchalant response is a distraction.A member of management smelling like marajunia is disturbing and problematic. The fish STINKS from the HEAD. Throwing away a customer order before the promised time and not trying to making the situation right is wild. Being dishonest about not making an order because you were closing and cleaning is unacceptable. Providing unvalidated excuses doesn't help, sorries don't equal solutions. If he would have only apologized, accepted accountability and offer ways to accommodate the customer for the inconvenience this experience would be totally different. Employees trying to avoid eye contact with customers waiting outside the door for 5+ minutes before deciding to assist is simply SAD. I believe my colleague mentioned a Cyprus. We're slightly disgusted by the amount much energy exhausted on this matter that could of been resolved so easily. I was so disturbed, I've considered sharing the video via social media to bring awareness to the poor level of service displayed at Dorchester Marcos.

It is only just now the time that my pizza was expected to be delivered, and it got here already 30 minutes ago. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Delivery driver followed instructions of where to leave it like a damn professional. Will 100% be coming back, and my new go-to pizza joint for the area.

Apparently they’ve lost their customer service aspect completely. Late food is whatever if it’s communicated. Placed order tonight, delivery 8:03 is the estimate. Call at 8:30 “can you hold” no one picks back up. Call back again 8:42. Kid is like “oh drivers are all out it’s in the store it’ll be 20-30 more minutes” then hangs up. Call back again 9:34 to cancel because nothing has shown up and the app hasn’t updated from “making your food”. Again no apologies, no questions, she simply responded “refund will be on your card in 3-5 business days”.The better part of all this is once we cancelled it the app status ACTUALLY updated to “pending manager approval” which must be their cover their butt response. Have never had a bad experience with this marcos until tonight. Again, late food is whatever if it’s communicated. Even if when placing the order it gave us some wild 2-3 hour window we may have kept it, or just ordered something else. The communication and honesty is the principal of it, and a “so sorry for the delay” never hurt.

Ordered pizza from door dash for them since it's quicker than delivery usually. Waited 40 minutes just for them too cancel my order. Terrible.

I have to say it was a poor experience for me and my husband. The manager was rude , the food was burnt and not made the way we asked. The meat ball sub we ordered , the bread was burned and meatballs weren't all the way cooked. We feel the manager was polite to every other customer but when it came to us she was disrespectful and rude . definitely needs more people skills and needs to be trained more

Whoever owns this Marcos needs to get it together. It’s Friday night and there are 20 people in the lobby waiting for their food. TURN OFF ONLINE ORDERING IF YOU DONT HAVE THE STAFF. These poor workers! Your greed is ridiculous. Someone just left with 3 calzones they waited 1.5 hours for!

Marco's Pizza on Dorchester Road in Summerville is a well managed Marco's Pizza location that has well prepared pizza and sides. I really like the location and how efficient they are at getting everything together when you need it. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure you have a good experience.

our pizzas sat in the dudes car for over an hour. had to call twice about our pizza. the first time we called, she said our pizza had left 10 mins ago. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. so we called again and he was atleast 20 minutes out. in total our pizza was over an hour late while it sat in his car. the pizza finally arrived and it was cold. i live about 4 mins away, driving. i guess he chose to deliver our pizza last among multiple orders. would not recommend delivery for this location unless you want to reheat your pizza in the oven and wait another 20 mins. i rest my case.

I ordered my pizza around 830 about 930 I gave the store a call and she said that the delivery driver left 10 minutes ago with our pizza at 9:55 I called again and she said he was on his way back from Ladson I live in Wescott right behind the store so I’m confused as to why I had to wait 2 and a half to get my pizza and when I called she seemed like she wasn’t concerned on top of all that the pizza was stone cold and my salad was warm if I would have walked to Marcos from my house I would’ve got my pizza faster
