Great overall experience. The ribeye was cooked to perfection along with a very attentive waiter. Great location to reunite with an old college roommate. No issues whatsoever. Thank you!!
I was a little concerned how my first visit to this location would be. I say this because after entering the restaurant, my lunch date and I waited several minutes to be noticed/greeted by a host(ess). As we were shown to our table, we noticed that our host was somewhat flustered; however, he was kind & smiled when he seated us.Our server was pleasant from start to finish. He was attentive to our needs, quick with refills & didn’t miss a beat when I had questions. My date & I had the ribeye dinner & chocolate lava cake for dessert. The steaks were perfectly cooked, to our requested, medium rare! Overall, it was a great lunch & I’ll definitely recommend this location to others. I can’t wait to dine here again.
Went here for lunch today- pretty poor experience. No masks worn by staff, dirty tables, rotten lemons... Had to ask TWICE for clean appetizer plates which is ridiculous. The food was pretty subpar too, I'm pretty sure I've had Progresso loaded baked potato soup that tastes exactly the same and a much better burger from McDonald's. Also if I wanted powdered raspberry lemonade I'd pick a mix up from Walmart. Longhorn has definitely gone down in their standards.

I've been here a good bit of times and never had a bad experience. Today we had Abigail as our waitress and she was AWESOME. Loved her!
My first impression of Longhorn was that it was a Texan version of Outback, in a similar price range. It was very clean inside and a very pleasant space to be in. The waitress was extremely polite and made sure all of our needs were met in a timely manner. In fact, every employee we spoke to made us feel as though our satisfaction was the most important part of their job. The food was cooked exactly how I believe it should be cooked, and when something wasn't, they were happy to fix it for us. They had a wide selection of steaks, of which I only tried an 8oz sirloin. The quality of the food met or exceeded other popular steakhouses. I gave 5 stars thanks to the pleasant environment and the amazing service.
It was absolutely delicious!!! The atmosphere is great and the service is AMAZING!!!! We took our toddler with us and she had so much fun and they offer a great selection of items for kids. And the prices are good for the size and quality of the dishes.
AMAZING! We ate here twice during our week in Charleston. Did the online "waitlist" both times and were seated quickly upon arrival. Service could not have been better, fast and accurate both times. Food was seasoned perfectly. Both waitresses were friendly, checked on us frequently but didn't hover. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
The Steak & Lobster special is awesome. Both almost melted in your mouth. There were many good sides to add also. I did the curbside pickup & was simple & fast. No lines, about 20 minutes prep which was exactly how long my drive was. Worked out great! Highly recommended!
