In these crazy times, just two women were working at this store at the height of lunch rush and they were AMAZING. Not only for showing up, not only for getting people served, but for having a great attitude about it all. We need more people recognized like this in our workforce. I don't remember their names, but they deserve praise and thanks.
I have always liked Little Ceasars. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they always have a long line. They are short handed like everyone else.. The pizzas are very tasty though.
Every time I go there for pizza it's hard working people there getting the job done. I appreciate the customer service and timely manner of professionalism I encounter there. I just want to take this time to acknowledge them all even the weakness is cover by the strength to help build each other up. Great job y'all please keep up the good work the best is yet to come!!!

Customer service is to be desired. I ordered through doordash, my dasher called me from the store, after I had waited almost 2 hours for my order to arrive, to tell me that they dont have what I ordered and the person who is working started screaming at me through that doordasher persons phone telling me that they dont have my order and that they weren't going to make my order that I paid for already. Then the dasher screamed at me and said he didn't have time for this and that he had other orders assigned to him and he told me to work it out with doordash. What a terrible experience. My family will never do business with this restaurant ever again.
The lady that works the front desk is always nice, friendly, and provides great customer service! Great pizza, great price, great service.
Drive through today was the best, handled business well and kept it moving.
After over an hour my 1 pizza wasn't ready. When I asked the guy in the drive-through when it would be ready he said "I dunno, go drive around and come back". I asked for a refund and he said they can't issue refunds and that I would have to cancel my order online. This was a lie to get rid of me. I came back later and told him there was no way to cancel my order online. He then had his manager rudely give me a refund. I filled out the survey and asked to be contacted. Never heard anything. Won't be eating at Little Ceasars ever again.
Terrible. The pizza was cold, and tuff even though I waited our side 15 minutes for a freshly cook pizza. The kids ( employees)seemed more interest in socializing. A panhandler approached me for a hand out out size the store.
The order app would not work for my husband as we were returning to town, so I called to place an order. He told me they do not answer the phone after 8:30, and he was right. It was 8:31 and no one picked up. I had to create a new account and place the order. The pizza was not cooked completely and the peppers were almost raw. In their defense, he went in to pick it up and they appeared to be understaffed, with one person cooking and one at the counter. A third person in the back was asked to pitch in up front but she walked outside to talk on her phone.
