They could not , for the life of them , figure out basic mixology! A screwdriver is like , the most common , widely known mixed drink in America! Had no idea . And they were blasting mariachi music as loud as they could . We had to move away to a booth far from the juke box to even hear each other talking . Very poor hospitality in an industry based on it! Maybe in Mexico that flies , but no , not in the states!Shape up , La Ha!
Don’t eat here! The staff was nice, & it seems like a nice place, if you just want a drink. I ate there two days ago with a friend, & the food was awful!!! Tasted like it had been fried in oil that had numerous things fried in it & was also old, & had been left in the oil for a week! Very greasy, tasted bad, & upset my stomach horribly! Then the restroom had no TP in it, & you couldn’t flush TP when there was some. There was only very stiff, hard, “paper towels” (if you call them that) in the restroom. The staff knew we didn’t like the food & it made us sick, yet did not bother to refund our money or at least give a discount. After getting sick, I remembered that happening there before, & my best friend has gotten sick several times after eating there. Gave 2 stars only because the waitress was very nice, & there was a nice atmosphere. What I could see appeared to be clean, & it’s very convenient to my home. Wish she had told the manager that the food wasn’t good & made us sick & gotten our money back!
Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone! My 1st one, so we chose to celebrate at LA Hacienda. We couldn't have chosen better. We got right in, no wait and our table was by the bar and the singers that serenaded us. I got the shredded beef chimichanga with double salad no beans or rice. Delicious OMG. They were very crowded, but the wait staff were superb! We had to wait on our check, but that was understandable. Compliments to the chef! To the wait staff, great job.
First. Service was surprisingly slow for so few people being inthe restaurant. Entrees arrived one buy one. There was an item delivered in error. That when discovered. After sitting on our table for several minutes was ushered to another table and delivered to the customer. I don't know why the item wasn't remade after sitting on someone else's table ?? Beef entrees were seriously lacking in the seasoning department. Unlikely to return

Terrible service. Orded off Uber eats and for wrong order. Made 3 trips back up there and still never got everything. Will never eat here agian.
Have been eating at this location for nearly 10 years, food and service are ALWAYS great. Menu offers something for everyone, prices are fair and comparable to any other restaurant. Highly recommend.
This place has awesome food. And the atmosphere is outstanding, smoking available by the bar!!!! We had a great time. Thanks for the good food and good time!!!!
Our food wasn't fresh and the drinks had no kick, they were very weak. I'll never go there again?.....
I placed an order through Uber Eats and decided to try the Cabo salad, queso, and rice with cheese quesadillas for the kids. My salad was nothing as adversitied, it was over Shredded iceberg lettuce (not mixed greens) with grill chciken, large pieces of grill pineapple and mangos (which was out of season). Half of the ingredients fromthe salad were missing (corn, cheese, tomatoes). The cheese quesadillas were okay, slightly burnt for my kids. The queso and the grill chicken in the salad were decent which is why I gave them 2 stars. I had high hopes after reading some of the reviews but I was highly disappointed in the meal.
