Worst place to order. Ticket number: 1924. Cashier: John. I personally do not eat meat. It's a quick night and my children wanted chicken. I approached the intercom and a female answered(the Manager) and I asked if they still have the 2 piece for $5. Her response was "we do, but it ain't $5." I responded "oh ok. Well however much it cost it's fine". She then proceeds to say "that's the number one m'am." I said ok. But because I do not eat meat my self I asked for a side of mash potatoes and a order of wedges.her response "we don't have wedges we have fries" I asked "what does that mean?" Like McDonald's fries?" She responded "we never had wedges" .. my 31 years they always had wedges. I approached the window and john was my server. I asked him for my receipt, and sauces for our food. I also explained to him that I order a small order of mash potatoes before the Manager was ruid with me. I offered to pay for my mash potatoes. His response was "I can not take the order at the window. Because that is my manger. I also received no condementsI requested and the wrong beverages.I will not spend my money at a place that their employees don't care to work.
Asked for 2 8-piece bucket of chicken for myself and a friend and they combined it all 16 pieces inside of one bucket while charging me for 2 8-pieces, which are more expensive than the 1 16-piece chicken.When the chicken was split up at home, they gave us the smallest thighs where two would equal 1 normal size thigh.I'm beyond upset at this point where the thighs are equivalent to drumsticks. I'm avoiding this location going forward.
Ordered through grubhub when I got my food it was an hour later my food was cold when it arrived and I tracked my order the whole time. I'm right up the street 1.4 miles and the driver sat a KFC for almost 45 mins waiting to pick up my order and onl traveled 1.4 miles only to deliver cold food that's highly impossible if the food was fresh but it wasn't the chicken tasted old like it was drop back in the grease after sitting out the biscuits were hard and cold it was very disappointing being the fact that I spent 44 dollars for this mess will not be ordering from this KFC again and I will be spreading this news about this specific store.
Everyone is claiming to have THE best chicken sandwich around. After going to so many restaurants and ordering their chicken, KFC, wins hand down. Always fresh, hot and delicious!! Treat yourself to a great sandwich today!!
Chicken not crispy, but good flavor and cooked properly. Employees ho-hum. Biscuits , potatoes and slaw good.
They had a fair number of cars at drive thru but kept the line moving and provided good customer service
They decided to close 20 minutes early when I'd already been waiting in line 15 minutes, with no explanation or apology. So I guess you have to get there at least an hour before closing to actually get food and not just have them waste your time.
Says opens at 10:30 but website says 11:00. Help me understand what's going on.
We ordered online and it was ready when we arrived. Everything was good.
Being waiting around 20 minutes after I pay so they just go and ask me what was my order, they gotta work on that. Being here almost 50 minutes including the line and still waiting for my order
