Store opens at 10:30 ordered online at 10:32 show up 10:35. The doors are lock and stood outside for 10 mins checked my phone to makes sure I had the time right website says open, called the store they said don't open till 11. When I get back to work I order for delivery at 11:30 no progress on the tracker at 12:10 call and cancelled. I would never recommend going to this Jimmy Johns so much for being "freaky fast" could of ordered a pizza and a steak and got it before i got this sub.
This place sucks. Not once but twice I have ordered and they have never showed up. This past time after an hour and a half. My wife started calling, No answer. So she drove to the store. Only to find it closed and doors locked ovr an hour before closing time. After they had already ran my credit card. Wife has called many times since to talk with owner or manager. Always told they stepped out. Has left many messages to have retuned her call.. No one has bothered. Had to file dispute with credit card company to get charge taken off. Save yourself some trouble. Eat somewhere else. The days of getting good service here are long gone. Along with my business. Either they dont show up or order is messed up. Never will I spend another dollar here. Public relations, customer service, and the food all suck.....AMF
Guess if you are a Jimmy John's driver you can park in a handicap space.
Put in an online order and 15 mins later my food was not ready. I walked in with another JJ employees and there was man sleep on the center island, no customer were dining in. The employee came in and immediately started making my food and sleepy head went to the back. I was given a frozen cookie and offered to take an unfrozen one in a different flavor. This was not an impressive visit however it was memorable.
ordered online. Arrived 15 minutes later. Waited for 2 customers. When told here for pick-up, sandwiches were then prepared. Bad enough, but food was not at all good. Going back to Jersey Mikes.
The company stop serving my area and is only 2 miles away. They come to my job that is 5miles away. I wonder if it is a racial issue.
We often like to eat at Jimmy John's for a change of pace. Always good, fresh and fast. Today, I went and picked up our sandwiches, and neither was cut like I put on the web form and saw on the receipt. Also, they weren't labled although I know I asked at least for one of the 2 to be labled instead of us having to rummage through our food. Well, we rummaged...There was hardly anyone sitting in any seats and no one standing in line to order. Yet 5 people watched me walk up to the register and didn't approach me until someone mentioned that I was right in front of them. When I asked for my order, they said they had a John, and then all of a sudden my order magically appears. Not very well-organized and I have to think I caught them on an off day. But, we enjoyed the food and will be back.
Terrible experience twice in a row. Order said out for delivery for over an hour, people at the store were incredibly short and rude on the phone. Twice the order never showed up.
If I’m in a jam for lunch at work this location has, in the past, been pretty good. I try to put my delivery order 30mins in advance, tip 25%, and this location is only 7mins from where im at. I’m writing a review this time because the last 3 times I’ve ordered, there’s been no straw with my drink and the food has been put together like a child made it. Today I just ordered the beef ranch wrap, and it wasn’t even a wrap. It was like ingredients slapped in a torn up tortilla that wasn’t even wrapped. For $8 that’s unacceptable. I had to eat it like a salad. To top it off, it was missing ingredients that usually go in the wrap.
Good food and good service. Clean place.
