Their subs are just awesome and really fresh.They even sell little ice in the bag !The kind you would get from the gas station!i love it great first time experience ! They even gave me a discount for being a first time customer!??
Never delivered my order and was very rude when I called to inquire about it. Gave me a hard time about getting a refund.
Horrible sandwiches lately. So disappointed. The new manager is worthless and rude. I have been a loyal customer of this location but ever since they changed management it had gone downhill. This was the last time. I have been patient and understanding but I also have been paying. Today was the last purchase until you get new management and I will also refuse to pick up any future customer orders that order through this location.Please return the Jimmy John's I used to love! This new management is absolutely worthless. A mistake was made again and he was more interested in blaming others and offered no compensation for inconvenience and being that I was a repetitive problem, horrible made subs! I had to drive back there in rush hour stuck in traffic and all to hear him say I'm sorry but it wasnt my fault it was his.. ridiculous!So I gave you guys and him another chance.. and I ordered the hunters club with extra jimmy peppers, extra cheese (mind you it already says it comes with double the cheese...this is what I got .. 1 freaking sllice!! Again I have to go back or rake the loss and no compensation.. just so tired of this. If you don't want my business then fine.. done!
Poorly made tuna sandwich. But I’m on a 30 min lunch break and hungry. Sooooooo yes, I’ve begun eating it but this is unacceptable. Usually my subs are FULL of tuna!

Sandwich was good nothing special about it there menu is a little crazy. I got a wrap that they were featuring on the menu but no pricing and it was alot more expensive then a regular sub. Wasn't happy about that.
The employees were all busy completing orders and communicating with each other. And they were friendly. I was impressed. Happy customer
I live one mile away exactly. I was told they do not deliver to my neighborhood. I have seen there vehicles on my street. But after having them check again. I was not able to order. I have never eaten here. Heard good things but they DO NOT deliver, I live in front of Alice Birney Elementary School and called the Rivers location. I drove up to the restaurant "drive thru," called the number and was put on hold three of the employees gawked out the window at me while I was on hold. I hung up, no customers were in the store. I will not eat here ever and do not recommend it
Very good service. Was very fast and on-time delivery. The food was awesome. Only one thing if the Buns were just a little bit softer on the bottom 150% good and five stars. But all in all awesome things my very first time
Always polite and they are good about cross contamination with the unwich for my daughter that has celiac.
