I go here a lot more than I'd like to admit, but I'm always satisfied with my experience. I only order online, but my order is always completed in time and always accurate. At this point, there's one employee that knows me and I don't even have to ask for my order anymore. He just hands its to me.
Dining area was very clean. Staff was courteous and repeated back order to ensure it was correct. Great place for a delicious sub.
Hot sandwiches are gimmicky. They don't toast the bread: They grill the meats and fillings and place it all into cold bread. (Subway, comparatively, does this correctly: The whole sandwich is toasted, and they'll do it for any sandwich on the menu.)
The man preparing our sandwiches was very thorough and approached his job like an artist. This was unlike SO many fast food restaurants that just throw things together and hand you a half-effort order.Everyone was notably friendly and the team worked well together. Due to the artistic finesse that went into our food, they were extremely delicious!Highly recommend!!

Ordered online and still had to wait 20 min for my sandwich. Also whomever the girl working on 11/9/21 around 12:30-1:00, she was the only girl and ran the register. I watched how you treated the gentleman employee next to you. Everything he did you gave him an attitude. He tried to get extra pickles for a customer and you yelled at him to put it down. You also snatched sandwiches out of his hands while he was trying to wrap them up. I could tell he was frustrated with you because I was as well. If you can't work as a team and think there is an"I" in team then you shouldn't be working there. I couldn't get her name because no one was wearing a name tag except the manager but you still couldn't see it. Shame on you. He was doing his best.
They guys working today 10/20 around 3:30 are amazing! I have a gluten allergy(which is new to me) and i was craving a Philly and they helped me out and were so courteous to me about it. And were just the sweetest. And avoided all the cross contamination and went to get new knives and spatulas and everything. They went above and beyond. Because, i know, in food and bev you CANT guarantee cross contamination, but the guys sure did their hardest to avoid it! Thank you for having such hard workers!!!
Wouldn’t recommend this location. I travel a good bit, and this is the only location I’ve ever walked out of. I’m assuming the guy who I had the issues with was the manager because he was the only one wearing a white polo. I ordered a specific sandwich, obviously willing to pay, and this guy decides to make the sandwich he thinks makes more sense. Terribly ran location.
