The customer service is delightful. The sesame chicken sample was very good and moved me and my girlfriend to get sesame chicken, lo mein, and California rolls. The sesame chicken was delicious, the lo mein was a good consistency and flavorful, my girlfriend said the California rolls were tasty, though the avocado was a little mushy, and it only took about 4 minutes to get all the food. Overall, very good and will definitely be the go to place when hungry in the mall.5/5

We waited 20 minutes for two sushi rolls, the shrimp in the shrimp tempura roll was completely raw and the philadelphia roll was 95% cream cheese and 5% smoked salmon. service is slightly apologetic but don’t waste your money there, go someplace else.
Went on a Saturday, the menu plainly stated the menu item I wanted was $12.95. Well after I ordered I was told the item was $15. They stated the menu was the incorrect one and the weekend price was higher. I contended that it wasn't my fault the staff put out the wrong menu and felt they should have honored the price shown on the menu I ordered from. They charged me the higher price. Not happy about that and they forever lost me as a customer. Hopefully you'll have a better experience. The food was fine, but overpriced, especially at the inflated weekend price. The small Saki was $10 and a Chardonnay was $8 which was well above average for the area.
Zero stars, ordered shrimp tempura, the shrimp was extremely raw. Disgusting. These guys cannot cook, this place needs to be shut down.
Had hibachi shrimp with lo mein and vegetables. Nothing had flavor. Ordered a California roll, it was gross as well and the avocado was extra mushy. Just avoid this place altogether. Hispanic guys running the place, let’s leave this to the Japanese to cook food from their culture.
Service seemed non-existent. The place has good food but, the lack of service killed the whole experience. We went here for lunch and the place wasn't packed at all. The server seemed like she didn't want to work at all. The drinks were left unfilled for a long time. I had to literally ask her for a drink; and we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant and she walked by a few times and didn't refill it. Ate the bento box which was good. It was fresh and hot. For the price it's a great buy. I wish the service can be better.
