Wow wow wow! Just got here a few months ago and been on a food tour and I'm proudly stamping this restaurant as my top one so far. Me and the wife got the platter for 2 and it was immaculate. Only gripe is they are short staffed work with 2 waiters but I've noticed that's normal here in the Charleston area. Everything was hot and fresh packed full of flavor.
No longer a buffet, which is too bad cause I would have loved to try it all. I have eaten shawarma all over the world and this might have been the best! Big chunks of lamb and chicken, great sauce, and homemade bread. Who doesn’t love a hole in the wall authentic ethnic restaurant? Give this place a try…
My wife and I really enjoy Mediterranean food. We make it a habit to find Mediterranean restaurants anywhere we go, including Europe and states across the US. This unsuspecting place was one of the best we’ve found! I had the chicken schwarma wrap and my wife had a falafel pita for lunch. We sat outside on the patio. Service was prompt and courteous. Pricing was reasonable for the quality and volume of food. The flavors were incredible! Of note to avoid confusion: you pay inside after your meal. Overall, a stellar find for anyone in the area. Will definitely return!
My friends like to go to Tanger Outlet to shop and when I'm with them, I encourage that behaviour just to get myself closer to this fabulous restaurant. I literally could make a complete meal of their combination appetizer plate (with always fresh, hot pita bread) - be sure to ask for the red chili sauce to accompany it.

Just hands down best food especially for those who grew up on the other side of the globe :) Garlic sauce should be sold on every corner imho. It is that good ❤️ Lamb Cabob is just magnificent!
My husband and I stumbled on this place by accident. Didn’t even realize it was there. It is hands down one of the best places I have been to in ages. The chicken and lamb skewers were flavorful and grilled to perfection. The salad was devine…loaded with fresh ripe veggies tossed with seasoning and olive oil, the hummus and fresh warm bread were delicious…it was just on point. We have spent time in the Middle East and this meal could compete with anything I’ve ever had there. Service and cleanliness was great…..if you are looking for fresh delicious Mediterranean food this is your place. It’s perfect for anyone on Keto especially. Loved it!
Food was decent, but servers were spread too thin. And the restaurant was absolutely filthy! There is dust and dirt everywhere and it looks like it's been there for years! The bathrooms smell so bad and you can smell it from the table.i won't be back.
We decided to stop by Istanbul Shish Kabob before we headed to the airport. We absolutely loved it - both the food and service! We ordered Pita bread (2 pieces for $0.99 but they gave us extra), small hummus, and our server brought out complimentary house appetizers. The pita was perfection! It was super hot that steam escaped with I tore it apart. The outside was bit crunchy and inside was perfectly chewy. The smooth/creamy hummus paired perfectly with it. We loved the sampling of the appetizers as well, olives and garlic sauce being my favorites. We also ordered chicken shawarma with fries (this dish came with 2 shawarmas). The shawarmas were simple but packed with flavor so we ate every single bite. The picture doesn’t do it justice. If we are back in this area, we will definitely be stopping by!
