Food was good. Our particular server was great. However they continue to have staffing issues. Heard a couple of different patrons complaining about wait time and then a server got into a shouting match with another customer who was unhappy about the wait time. Server then proceeded to shout to the kitchen to cancel his order and he left. Then we had to sit and listen for the next 10-15 minutes as she LOUDLY ranted with multiple profanities in the kitchen about the exchange. Not sure where the manager was in all this. Very unprofessional.
By far worst service ever received. Took for ever to get seated, had to give drink order twice and finally received after 20 minutes. T-bone steak was toughest steak I ever tried to eat, like shoe leather. Then hostess/manager gets into loud argument with customer where she ended up chasing the customer out the door and another waitress screaming at her to come back inside. And it was not that crowded. The people inside were all shaking the heads in bewilderment and frustration. It seemed no one knew who was in charge and no one was taking any initiative. Lots of standing around. Will never go back.
We went to this IHOP for breakfast and just had the worst experience. Stood at the hostess station at least 5 minutes before being greeted, even though at least 3 servers saw us from the kitchen area. Finally, Karen one of the servers seated us. No silverware was available because no one had wrapped them up ahead of time. She took our order got us our drinks, retrieved a spoon for my coffee. Our food took over 20 minutes, then wasn't served together. The table behind us was seated after us, but was served first, probably because their family member worked there. The bathrooms were filthy and the bag from the soap dispenser was just lying on the counter. There were plenty of servers standing around socializing but not doing any other assigned duties. We will not be returning for sure!
I am currently waiting for my food at the moment and are taking a long time I am waiting for 40+ min. And nothing. They keep saying that It will be ready in a few min. They don't even have silverware just plastic forks and knives. When we came in here it took 20 min. For them to take us to our table. Refills take forever. There's not a lot of people here and the food takes a long time. There is people playing in the kitchen laughing. Unacceptable WE ARE NOT COMING BACK HERE!
Short staffed and long wait time. Food was pretty good. Staff was apologetic and long wait times. Second, although they were short staffed, everyone was friendly and nice.
Service was good, the waitress, Ella, very friendly and efficient. We got there about 8:30 on a Sunday morning and it was not too busy. By the time we left there was a little wait The coffee was good, but $3 seemed a little high. I got my money's worth with several refills, but my husband only drank one cup. We are not from the area, but when back would likely go again.
Came after a concert at the Coliseum.We waited for almost 20min before someone even came out the back to greet us. The dinning room had only 1 seated table. Several people came in were not greeted and walked out after waiting awhile. Finally a girl came out from the kitchen and told us it would be a 15min wait and after 20min with no sign of her coming back we left. I even went behind the podium & got menus ready for us to help them out they were taking so long to even greet us. Completely ridiculous. Worst IHOP experience ever
We ate here unexpectedly and found out like a lot of places where short staff, and the Manager was our greeter, waiter and he was helping in the kitchen!! Didn't get his name but he and 1 other young lady was RUNNING THIS PLACE!! Excellent customer service inspite of being the only two working!! The food was fresh, hot and accurately made!! Definitely would go back!!
Waited in line to be seated with my wife for 30 min on a Wed. morning. There were two people ahead of us in line. Staff seemed busy, that's ok (there were maybe 7 tables in the store). After about 15 min, not only did no one come to seat the first person in line, no one even acknowledged that there was a line of people waiting to be seated. This went on for another 15 min of staff completely ignoring those in line until finally we just left.
honestly should have looked at reviews b4 coming. the biggest issue is that my apple sauce has been contaminated/ has an open slit in container. I didn’t even order apple sauce; I ORDERED FRUIT! I also asked for no strawberry syrup on French toast, which we can see, didn’t happen… crispy hash browns came out burnt. this hole order & experience shows a lack of care and quality control at this establishment. will not return, EVER! my friend said the pancakes & turkey sausages was good so at they have that going for them.
