Let me start off by saying this is a cute little place. The decor is simple and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was skeptical though because the photos showed all brightly colored teas or whipped cream-topped coffees. The menu does not show the ingredients, but when I asked, they said all the coffees and proteins are soy-based which I can’t have, unfortunately. :( The teas don’t have sugar, but they are pre-mixed powder, so there’s no unsweetened option. I don’t drink sweet drinks, so if you don’t either, this might not be the place for you. They might reconsider the “nutrition” in their title.I ended up getting the Watermelon BlowPop which tasted super artificially sweetened. My husband got the Chocolate Mint Latte and he said it didn’t taste as minty as he would like, but he liked it.They have a rewards program, so if you frequent this place, you could join to get discounts.
The drinks were yummy, but unfortunately a man (I'm assuming the owner) was rude. I wouldn't go back due to the lack of customer service skills.
Two days in a row I came here. The first day I got the Brownie Batter. Today I got Death by Chocolate. I had oral surgery done yesterday, and the liquid diet was killing me because all I had at home was water. I didn’t eat prior to the surgery, so I was starving. I decided to come here for some nutrition and to eliminate my hunger. One smoothie satisfied my hunger for 24 hours, and that’s when I decided to come back. On another note, I am starting to workout soon to lose some belly fat and tone up. This place will get me through my cravings and habitual snack eating. I’m excited! The service was great too! Highly recommend!
They sell herbalife shakes and teas. All of the drinks I have had there have been awesome.

The ownership is a fresh spin on the already amazing Vibe in the North Charleston Area, i love to just come Hang loose right before i head to worknear North Woods Mall, this is a very happy nutrition shopThe Fat reduction coffee taste ridiculously delicious & smooth.You name a flavor of shake or tea & they got it.
Meh. There are several of these businesses in town and this one is the worst I have been to so far. The shake was, of course, fine because they all use the same ingredients. But the service left much to be desired. smh I will NOT be back.
