Terrible service! Very rude. I ordered a large Cappuccino, she gave me a size small and charged me for a large. It anything but cappuccino. Very slow. Waste of money. Horrible experience
Whatever that thing is that is working in there today 2/7/22 @ 12:15pm is an absolutely terrible representation for your business. Sitting down and can’t be bothered to get up when a customer walks in until the customer is ready for an order. Then when I ordered 2 coffees, it only made one and got irritated when I asked where my other one was. When it was time to lay, was extremely rude about telling me to use the machine and indicate a tip amount! Are you kidding me it thinks a tip is warranted?!?! No tip was given. I’m a greeter welcoming people to Charleston and I’m completely embarrassed this is the type of local our visitors get to experience. Don’t be so woke you don’t reprimand this employee. I will tell people to go to gift shop for cold coffee and never set foot in your cafe.
Extremely slow service, employee was diaper masking their chin instead of face. Both employees decided to go on break at the same time and close the location while they did so. They informed everyone walking by who was pausing that the stand was closing and nobody could not get in line anymore. It was 930 on a Saturday.Do not waste your time on this coffee place; it was a waste of both time and money. Poor service.
Bad coffee, slow service, charged for item not received. Avoid.
I just had a cup of decaf coffee and a chocolate croissant.. The coffee was nice and smooth and the croissant was very fresh and flaky. I highly recommend it! My new go to spot for coffee! Friendly staff.
Sam made my mother and I the best cup of coffee I have ever tasted! Ryan on the other hand, who claimed to be the manager, doesn't know how to properly make anything! Sam is absolutely the best!!!!
Website and Google and posted signage says they open at 430am. Got there at 520am and was told they need ten more minutes before they were ready. Not missing my flight for poor service and bad coffee!
I was short of time when I approached H&G @ CHS airport. Sunshine and Lexi helped me pick hot tea - made it with honey! Perfect example of them being helpful when you need that tea/coffee in a rush! Great job!
This coffee shop is barely ever open, which makes this airport coffee-less.
