My family just spent $52 on 4 cheeseburgers, (3 of them were supposed to have bacon and didn’t) and a large fry, the fries were only partially cooked. I tried calling them to explain but they don’t take phone calls at that location so here I am. Also the cashier seemed very confused and tried to give us back 20 cents instead of 9 dollars.
Went there with family after a morning graduation. The cashier was new. Salute her for working hard.The experience was great. Ordered little burgers, cheeseburger and fries.The order was done quickly. She had to get assistance from a coworker in ringing the order. Did great and we were patient.The food was great.It was such a nice day to eat outside under umbrella tables.
I placed a delivery order for $57 on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 745 P.M. I received a message at 8:45 P.M. that my order was canceled. By the time I drove up there at approximately 8:55 P.M. they had already left the building. They aren't suppose to close until 9:00 P.M. on Saturday. I have called several times and no one calls me back and no one picks up the phone. I still haven't got my money back.
When do five guys get together and it's bad! This location is great service and food! Never to long of wait for your food, dine in or take out!
Place is usually pretty good, yummy burgers and fries. Haven't had a bad meal here yet. Can't order hotdogs online tho (my wife loves those dogs) I wonder if they got rid of them?
Was yummy! On vacation in Charleston South Carolina and wanted to grab something quick. We often go to 5 guys back home in Rhode Island so we figured why not try it here on vacation. Food was yummy , workers were friendly and restaurant was very clean. Only down fall was they were all out of sprite. But that won't stop me from giving them 5 stars!
Online ordering has been disabled for this location and I spent nearly 15 minutes calling. They have an automated screening system for calls, you have to say your name and then press #....not kidding. After 15 minutes of calling I decided to go ahead and eat somewhere else.
This restaurant has a sign in the window saying it's paying $14 an hour now hiring.. It definitely needs the people because when I walked in the phone was ringing off the hook as I had called to try to place an order so I didn't have to have my baby in the store for 20 minutes while they made my food. Only 2 customers in the restaurant. How can people expect to make $14 an hour if they're not willing to serve the customers so that the company can make enough money to substantiate the pay? Fire these boys. Even if that means you have to close for a couple of weeks they are bad business for your restaurant.
Very disappointed with this location. Five Guys is one of my go to restaurants. Over the years, I'd say I've been to at least 20 different locations and had well over 30 cheeseburgers, and is the only time I've ever had a problem with an order.Not only did they forget the CHEESE on my cheeseburger, but they forgot one of the patties too.
Use to eat here all the time, but have noticed here recently the staffs attitude and attention have been extremely lacking. Got home with my order last night to find they left the cheeseburgers off my bun. Seriously who does this? It wasn't like they were slammed. Nobody in line ahead of me and no one behind me at the time. So I had a cold bun with mustard mayo and ketchup lettuce and grilled onions on it. Literally took the time to grill the onions just leave out the main ingredient of a Cheeseburger. I will not waste my money ever again at this particular place. Its not like its a cheap place for a family to eat.
