Grabbed a hamburger while I was using Electrify America charging. Hot and tasty. Excellent lunch and great upbeat people working.
Dont know how they make money if theyre never open. See people inside but doors are always locked, online orders unavailable, and nobody answers the telephone.
It was $30 for two burgers and $6 for a large fries. That’s outrageous first and last time I’ll ever eat at five guys.
I are there today. I was very displeased! I ordered a hamburger and fries and a small soda. It was close to $20. I ordered lettuce, tomato,onion,mayo and ketchup.I ended up with a double meat burger, lettuce, tomato,onion....with cooked onions and mushrooms which I hate. 2 bites and in the trash it went. So, I figured I can at least enjoy my fries. Wrong! They were so damn salty they were no good.It was a good thing Firehouse Sub was across the street. I threw away my money eating at Five Guys and will never go back.

This is a wonderful restaurant, If you love quality food come here as long as you don't like paying for good food. The food was wonderful, great place for dates or just for fun. Only downside it that their is no choice to get food in a combo. You have to order the fries and drinks separately. But you have a choice of a free side. An odd side, peanuts are great to snack on while you wait for your food!
Horrible customer service, I walked up to order my food & the guy behind the counter was on his phone the whole time, I waited till he was finished either sending his message or just checking his phone so I could start ordering my food. He was still on his phone waiting for me to start ordering while he’s standing there typing sending messages, I told him I was ready when he was ready and his response was “ I’m ready” while he’s standing there with his phone on his hand and I this point I had to start ordering my food. I kept calm & did not say a word about it to him, but it was very disrespectful, I could’ve walked out of there & went somewhere else to get food. ?
The Service was Friendly as usual and the food was also it's usual Delicious ! ??
My boyfriend and I went there last night around 6:15 pm for dinner and the little girl behind the counter was like "umm, that was our last customer" pointing towards the door. Confused, I asked her if they were closed and she was like "yeah, I mean I guess." The signs on the door said open, there were 4 individuals in there eating (although there are signs everywhere saying the dinning room is closed) as we spoke, yet we were told they were closing. At 6:15pm. I understand if the facility was short staffed and perhaps the 2 workers we saw walking out the door were in the process of quitting but that whole situation could have been handled much differently. There were at least 3 other workers behind the counter. It was completely rude and unprofessional and we will not be going back.
Hands down, worst five guys Ive ever experienced. Not from this area. Stayed in a hotel for the weekend. Friday we went about 4pm, the doors were locked and they were closed due to not enough staff. Saturday I called to see if they were open because of the day before. The guy told me they opened at 6pm on friday...... LOL .... so I went and placed my order on doordash on saturday. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger... they forgot the bacon ... the 2nd burger my lady wanted onions.. you guessed it.. they forgot the onions on her burger too.
