Slow. They stopped making out order mid way thru cause the cashier went on break. The girl building the burgers stored to man the register. Cook kept cooking, fry girl made more fries. No one built the burgers. Finally one of the withers realized people were getting irritated and she started finishing the burgers. 3 doubles and fries. One milkshake. Fify dollars for almost no service.
My first time eating here I got a double bacon cheeseburger... I wish it was more flavorful it was just ok for me the bacon gave it a little bit of flavor but wasn't enough the fries was hot & fresh my order came out to $17 a bit pricey and that was separate for the burger & fries there is no combo imagine if I would had purchased a drink with it geesh!!
This food is so good. It is a little pricey but it is worth it. I definitely recommend and I would go back again and again.
Honestly would leave less than a one star review. Ordered food at 7:10-7:15pm and was told that the food would be ready at 7:23pm. Went inside and waited for 20+ mins for fries to be cooked while the burgers just sat on the counter. Many people came in and got their food and left who had made orders in store before receiving fries that I now have been waiting 30+ mins for. Eight people working in the store tonight and not one ounce of care. Most horrible Five Guys experience and any of the locations.
Better than average fast-food hamburgers. They are really too greasy to eat in the car, so you need to dine in or take out to eat at home. I ask them to try and remove some of the greases on napkins and it makes them much better and the buns don't fall apart from the excessive grease. You get a huge serving of french fries in a paper bag. I just wish they had a drive-thru and I would enjoy them more often.
Used to come to this place often. Came in the other day, they mixed up my order, no big deal. Asked them to make me a new burger, staff was rude, manager was uninterested in helping me. They wanted me to throw away my own food. Like I don’t work at five guys, you do. Throw away what your customer asks you to. Staff seems very uninterested in their job, seemed like they were high and very disrespectful. When I worked in FNB I never acted like that towards customers. Place needs respect and new managers. When I come back in there, I’ll not mince words next time
My family had a great experience today at 5 guys but Tanger outlet. Staff was friendly. Food came out quickly my daughter noticed she had mushrooms on her burger that she didn’t order. They quickly made her a fresh burger and brought it out to us. It is nice to see good customer service with friendly faces.
This place is good but its just dirty and they don't clean the tables at all. Its kinda disgusting with all of these ketchup on the table
Clean, friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, correct, and tasty.
Never cared for them much before, but gave them a 2nd chance recently and have a new found appreciation of their food.
