i have ordered several times the same sandwich hoping that the next one would not be soggy but it is; what is the problem with making a great sandwich and it is not cheap!!
I love their subs, always fresh and generous but I'm always amazed at how long it takes to get the order. Especially when there are only 2 customers and 6 employees. It won't stop us from going there, but maybe we'll try a different location.
Slowest service ever got here 20 minutes ago and still waiting for a sandwich in a lobby with 3 people ahead of me!!! I don't see how it takes this long to make sandwiches
Really enjoy firehouse subs At this one time the meat was pretty fatty. I hope this doesn't mean that they're changing to get cheaper meats
FIREHOUSE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!! If you're on university looking for a delicious sandwich don't bother with anywhere else - you WILL be disappointed, given horrible service or pay way too much. Just do yourself an enormous favor and go to firehouse and get a delicious sandwich that is fresh and made correctly by people that won't begrudgingly throw your food together. Highly recommend. My son loves the Mac n cheese as well. I'd give this place ten stars if could. Especially since most of us local N. Chas peeps know too well how dismal, dirty and disorganized 99% of our restaurants are - ESP the chains. Y'all keep being amazing.
