Great service from Greg and the food was delicious. We attempted to dine in last evening only to be told that staffing was short and the wait time was in excess of an hour so we decided to eat else where. Glad that we decided to give them another chance it was totally worth it. 10/10 recommend
This was a nice seafood restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the platter and it did not disappoint! Thankfully, the outlets were behind the restaurant so we could walk off our meal! We usually order mild seasons but we will go for medium at this location.
The food is delicious here and so is the service! Our entire family enjoyed their meals. The host and servers were very hospitable and attentive! Highly recommend.
North Charleston Location (Tanger Outlets)....Hostess didn't even acknowledge us. The music was blaring where I had to raise my voice to have a conversation across the table. The music was rap/ hip hop switching between local radio station to a connected phone or device and inappropriate for restaurant atmosphere. The TVs in the bar was set to BET instead of more inclusive sports programming. This is all before the food... SALTY... I mean face puckering SALTY. My wife used the restroom and said it was disgusting. If I could rate 0 stars this would get it. The worst I have seen in a restaurant in my life.
Don't do it! Absolutely the worst seafood we've ever had. The only flavor on the "food" was salt. My sister's mussels weren't opened in her seafood bag. The children had 2 different types of fries on their plates. They didn't eat their food. We didn't eat half of what we ordered to include leaving a half glass of the "margarita".The empty parking lot on a Friday afternoon in a mall area should have been all the warning we needed. You've been warned ??♀️
Terrible service. Twilight zone. I placed an order via online. Got there to b told I was at the wrong location. Then I told her I was not. She proceeded to take her slow time to find my order. Asked for butter. She didn’t know where any was. Never go to this establishment if u value your dignity and time.
Food was amazing. My compliments to the chef. But the hostess wasn't too friendly and dressed in sweat pants and crocs. Which I feel was inappropriate for a business. The hostess had the attitude that she didn't really wanna be there.
The food was absolutely amazing!! Big portions, great flavor and friendly service. They were a little short staffed so we had to wait but it was totally worth it.
Came in with low expectations and left SATISFIED..I was genuinely shocked at how good the $100 platter was. Me and the wife left stuffed! Waiter was very good too. Try it!
Our server was Quay very polite and quick with getting our drinks and taking our orders. I loved her personality and we will be coming back to visit with her oh yeah the food was great also??
