Went there to just buy some sour wheat bread. It all looked so good I ended up buying croissants and a loaf of Rye. Ate the croissants on the way home (sorry honey) and sampled the breads too! Awesome baked goods!
stopped by after we realized the ice cream place down the road was closed at the recommendation of a friend. the works was kinda and immediately helped us. i got a slice of strawberry shortcake that was rich and delicious, even took half of it home to my mom to even more praise from her.
Ummm, THE BEST goodies and treats for your Rock & Roll tour if you land in North Charleston at the North Charleston Coliseum!!!!Both Lamb Of God and Megadeath were treated to the best bakery goods west of the Atlantic!!! The cookies were to die for.
pizza is delicious here! highly recommend
The most unwelcoming experience I ever had! As soon as we walked in, the manager /hostess short dark hair a little bald guy stopped us in our tracks and asked us" what are we doing today" I told him we wanted a carry out and asked can I take my special needs child to the bathroom 1st he paused and said with straight face okay. As we came from the restroom he kepted looking at us andcdirected to the bar repeatedly as if we didnt hear him the 1st time.We finally went to bar,No one ask us we wanted until 10 mnts later the bar tender took our order. The manager came around again to the bar .I asked for an IPA. he paused again with a bitter look before replying and ask would I like a bold or less hoppy, I replied very light pls.We finally got our food,The manager/ hostess still watching us as we were leaving never bothered to tell byr or say thanks for coming in.I feel my race played a part in the bitter experience we got. The manager/hostess was definitely not friendly and made his point he really didnt want us there.
Baked goods we ordered were very tasty! The quiche was got was soggy and flavorless served cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed.
I went for the first time this morning and asked for a Bacon & Cheddar croissant. The lady charged me for it and when I started eating the croissant it was empty. If you order a filled croissant, make sure to check it beforehand. I asked for a receipt and she didn’t give me an itemized receipt which would’ve shown what I ordered. Plus, the coffee was not great.
Stop by on our way to explore Charleston for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Both were excellent. Very low key and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside with our dog on the patio. Addition the artisan breads looked amazing!
The coffee here can be 50/50. Either it's really good or terrible. I have tried their baked goods on multiple occasions and most of the time they are stale. Their wifi availability is also on and off.
I've never had a bad item. Ever. And if you want incredible conversation, visit in the evenings when it's less crowded. They're staff is great to visit with. And Ray is one of the friendliest, night bakers I've met in my life.
