I will make a point to drive to this Dunkin vs Goose Creek. The young lady working thr register June 1st 2:35pm was so sweet. As soon as I walked in she spoke and took my order. She got my order quickly and was just so friendly. It definitely makes you want to return. The receipt says Tiffany but I'm not sure if that's her name or the manager. She's a young girl with black hair. She looks hispanic but idk she was beautiful and her personality seemed to shine. Plus they actually put a decent amount of jelly in the donuts vs the GC one seems to barely put any in it. I will definitely return to this location.
They were busy when I got there. But the lady whom took order was very nice and sociable. She gave me an extra munchkin to try, it was the new Cornbread doughnut/munchkin.It was OK. But I'm gonna stick with Boston creams.
I understand that people can have an off day and we aren't perfect but my order was completely incorrect. I asked for no whip and you can see in the pic I have whip on my drink. Also I asked for an iced drink but this drink is frozen.The whole point of being able to order a drink via the app and pick it up is to avoid any hassle or inconvenience but that didn't happen.
Great to have fresh donuts delivered within a reasonable time exactly as ordered.
I've been here a few times lately due to needing to be in area EARLY. They have been friendly, and made everything perfect.Parking lot can be extremly tight. I usually walk in and avoid drive thru.
I can deal with a bad attitude but don't mess with coffee!!?The lady at the window was very rude this afternoon! She kept picking up and dropping my bag of doughnuts then gave me the wrong coffee!!!! I ordered a iced caramel macchiato with whip and Carmel drizzle. I got a caramel craze latte? They are 2 different drinks. Taste is different and Not to mention that a macchiato has 2 shots of expresso where the one she gave me has 1 shot?♀️.

I ordered a sausage bacon egg and cheese croissant X2. When I got to work and opened them up they were only sausage egg and cheese croissants . I paid extra for the bacon. Check your order before you leave!!! I tried calling and didn't get ahold of anyone.
I called the store and staff was very sweet, at the drive through the gentleman in the window was very nice as well!! good job
I wasn't going to leave this review, and that's shame on me, because I literally had one of the worst days turned BEST days 85% based off of my experience here! It's always such a small interaction but always makes the biggest impact on my day! If I'm having a bad day or I'm in a bad mood and I come here and leave like a kid in a candy shop lol. Everyone is ALWAYS so sweet and helpful and courteous! I always get the very best drinks here and presentations are very pretty! It's not even the closest one to my house but so worth the extra little drive, then I get an extra little drive home enjoying my frozen coffee ??? you guys are so great!
