Worst customer service ever. Visiting from Orlando and hoping to get a great and hot late in the morning before going to work but I find a very incompetent guy and the rudest manager I have ever seen instead. My whole order was cold and when I asked (politely) if it can be redone, the manager start yelling at me telling me if I put less creamer in my coffee it would be hot. Wow, really? She coached me on how I need to drink my coffee? I asked for my money back and she snap again asking for my credit card. She shut the window and I can still hear her screaming and complaining. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. the name on my receipt says Farrah. Farrah is the worse example of customer service and the example of a bad morning. Ticket # 386907.
3rd time coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Each time we came our orders has been messed up. Staffs there are very unfriendly and especially the older female manager with short hair. When you tell them that you order is wrong. They’ll tell you that’s what you ordered and wouldn’t fix it. Very poor Customer Service. Your wasting your money here because they don’t even offer a refund or fix your order for you. They don’t even deserve one star
If I could give zero stars I would! The manager and staff are ridiculously rude and immature! Even if you are short handed you do not tell a customer who is waiting patiently in the drive thru “I will get to you when I get to you” as an acknowledgement to your customer saying “hello?” Politely I might add because I was in no hurry! Then give fake names?!?! I will never patronize DD again! Many other coffe shops who have 110% better customer service. Not that they care I’m sure!
I wouldn't give this place any stars, BUT! Let me start by saying that this location is WELL STAFFED (if I could add the photo I took from the drive-thru I could prove it). Sadly, it doesn't explain the mistake with my order..... I've been here twice, but rest assured I will not return a 3rd. Both visits, the drive-thru was wrapped around the building.... AAA---NNN---DDD both times the items that I've ordered were incorrect not to mention it took well over 5 minutes to get my order, a 8 minutes ordeal total. During this visit 3/12/2022 @ 0932am (time when I placed my order) The drive-thru was packed once again with seemingly no one inside except for about 6 people in and around the drive-thru window (from what I could see having driven around this place). I ordered the same thing as I always do (2 EVThing Bagels with Veg CC). So can someone tell me Why they couldn't get that order correct, and this ordeal took over 12 minutes total, which to be fair included them having to "remake" my order. I will say that the staff here were kinda "polite" but good customer service is soooo much more than a fake smile and a politely worded skit. I will take this as a sign from the COSMOS and buy my Bagels from the grocery store. #nomorenotsofast-food
It is February 24, 2022, 4:42 p.m. I just bought to glazed donuts from Dunkin Donuts on 8507 Dorchester Rd, North Charleston, SC. The two donuts were old, there were no glaze on them and they taste like a bad piece of bread. Why would you sale me some old donuts. This is not the first time that this happened at this establishment. At least leat me know that they were sitting there for along time so I can have the option to buy them or not. I am not pleased. If you want Dunkin Donuts go to the one located where Ladson rd and Dorchester rd meet. I never had a issue with them
All I can say is the lady that runs the drive there is completely RUDE! The first time I went I was like ok maybe she is having a bad day, went 2 more times and each time she was horrible. Makes you feel like you disrupted their day going there. And good luck with any frozen beverages. They MIGHT make it for you but don’t hold your breathe. There is always an issue. I, for one will not be going back to that location. If you feel like pulling away from that place completely frustrated then this is the place for you. It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give.
I was so confused by the server. My friends and I wanted to order from the Baskin Robins menu. We were immediately informed that they were short staffed, and they didn't have toppings to make or complete our order. So, I asked her about flavors and cones. I was confused because I wasn't sure if we couldn't get a scoop of ice cream due to staffing issues or shortage of supplies. We decided to just leave the drive-through.
Drive thur only and we came for ice cream and I wanted to see the different flavors they had… So we had to think of the different flavors to choose from, but overall the employees were patient with us…
This Dunkin' location on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is a convenient and well managed Dunkin' when you are in the area and need to make that donut and coffee stop. I really like being able to get in and out quickly with exactly what you need. The staff here is very helpful
I seen the low stars and that should have been enough to deter me from coming here but noooooo lol I just HAD to come here because it was close to my house. They're super rude and clueless over the speaker, like they really have no one running anything in there. I have always gotten the brown sugar oat iced coffee frozen, never had a problem. I ordered that, and an oreo blast frappe for my daughter and when I asked for whipped cream they acted like I was inconveniencing them... they took the order anyway and my payment, and then got snooty and annoyed when I pointed out that my drink wasn't frozen - but iced. Tried to tell me I ordered it like that, and that they could not make that drink frozen. I just just asked for my money back and the manager happily obliged even after making a spectacle about my drink. There is another just a little further out that has WAY higher stars (for good reason) and it's only a few extra minutes away... the other other is ALWAYS happy to see you and they're more than happy to make your drink the way you want it. I KNOW that when I'm having a bad day, I can go there and have a better one
