Excellent every time, same faces, very polite, prompt timing, fresh pizza, been ordering from here for a few years now, and they take care of dinner every time, I especially like the fact that they will call you if the delivery is going to take longer than expected. That gives me the option to just swing by and pick up my order if I need it faster…which is usually the case with having two kiddos that are dying of hunger in the blink of an eye!!!!! If you have kid….you know what I’m talking about. This location has earned their 5 stars multiple times over.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !! Ordered at 7:04 PM. Just called at 8:10 PM to check status. Online app said quality check since 7:14 PM. Workers there said they are so busy, we can come pick it up if we like. Asked how long it's been sitting there...he checked and then said he will have to remake....Asked for a refund. And it will take 2-5 business days. So quick to take money but forever to get refunded. Would be nice to call customers to let them know but their excuse is they don't have enough help. But took 2 seconds to cancel it. THE ONLY 3 TIMES I ORDERED FROM HERE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE !!
My second order in South Carolina and the second time the store simply does not have enough drivers to make timely deliveries. I get it--times are tough, people are quitting jobs they don't like. But the website says 35 minutes and 45 minutes later the order hasn't even left the store (although it was prepared more than a half-hour ago, so even if I get it in the next ten minutes it will be an hour old).Like I said--I get it. But if you can't deliver an order, don't take it in the first place.
It's so nice to oder from this location! The food is alway fabulous, delivered as soon as they can get to it and the drivers are fabulous, even leaving little notes for me on the receipt. Thank you for making my dinner so often!
We placed our order online at 5:45/5:50 pm. At the time of our order delivery was 34 minutes, this was reasonable so I placed the order. I followed the order tracker online and at 6:15 my order showed it had been baked and was being quality checked. At 6:45pm my order was still showing as being quality checked. At this point it was almost a full hour since placing the order. I called the store, was placed on hold and hung up on after waiting for 10 minutes. I called back, got through to someone, and was told that our order was out for delivery and would be arriving soon, our driver had one order ahead of ours to deliver - that was at 7:00 pm. I told the lady that the online thing said 34 minutes for order and delivery and she said hers was showing 78 minutes (which might have been the case at 7pm, but was not at 5:45 when I placed the order). It’s now 7:22 pm and we still do not have our food. Terrible service, terrible job all around.
Worst service! Always “2.5 hour wait for delivery” no matter when you call. I asked him If this is always the wait time and he said yes.

We ordered a delivery last night. The 2 small pizzas were really good but room temperature, was not even warm. The lava cakes were really good. But, we ordered the dipping cheese they have been advertising. The cheese had a good taste but there was no way you were dipping anything in that. It was only a quarter inch deep and one big glob. We had to cut it with a knife. I tried to put it in the microwave but that didn't help. Need to improve that.
Please set your website up correctly. Ordered delivery… only to find out later via email… no phone call!! That my order was cancelled because you don’t have delivery drivers today??? Then why allow delivery as an option?? I’m sure you’ll a blame corporate website. I would have come and picked it up had you given me that option… you didn’t. Just cancelled. Why do people still try and eat here?
they make their orders really quickly which is great. I’ve ordered at many other dominos before, but this place gives you only half the amount of pasta in the bowl which is kinda disappointing. Other than that, currently awaiting my next order to arrive! ?
