It's fair pizza for a good price. No complaints. Be careful when pulling into the building. It's difficult to see cars coming from around the corner
We have been getting pizza from here for a while. Their cheese pizza is good. But they have a few issues to resolve. 1) We only order carry out because the curbside delivery takes too long (understaffed?) and delivery takes too long as well. 2) The past several times we have gotten pizzas that looked like they were cut by Ray Charles (see pic) or they were not cut at all. Should be an easy fix but we will see.
Ordered and 1.5 hours later we received a cold pizza.
Have always had positive experiences with great delivery drivers and incredible quality control. My orders are always hot, fresh and correct!! THANK YOU! ?
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Placed my order at 8:05pm for delivery to our hotel. They said 1.5 hours. At 9:40 I called to make sure they were still coming. There was no answer. I waited on hold and also hung up and called back multiple times. Still no answer. And no food. They arrived at 11pm. Sorry, we already ordered something else.
My pizza is now 2 HOURS LATE! I called and before I could even say anything, got hung up on. Called 3 more times, hung up on the same way. This Dominoes is not even worth 1 star. I want a full refund!
Ordered at 7:41pm and still have not received my order at 11:10pm. The delivery estimate was 22-32 minutes on the website and 106 minutes on the app. Either way, it is already more than an hour late and did not give me the estimate until after I had paid. Then it would not allow me to cancel. Have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 20 minutes. The line connects and then is immediately hung up, I am on my 5th try calling.
Great place if you want to wait over 2 1/2 hours for delivery! Tried calling and on hold over 45 minutes to try and cancel but no answer. If you can’t handle the orders then don’t take them.
I was very dissatisfied with our customer care we received. They over charged us. We paid $9 for small one topping pizzas. The cashier cut my husband off as he wanted to add some wings to our order. Never again will they get any service from my family.
I’ve been ordering from this particular dominoes for a very long time, and this was the first time in a couple of months. I ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas and got a free pizza for the free thing They are having this month. The pizzas looked like they were cut by a 2 year old, 2 tiny pieces and then the rest weren’t even cut. The pizza was flat and I know what it would look like since I ordered it before. I called the store and the manager who apparently made the pizzas claimed she was working for 8 years and that’s how it’s supposed to be and the Funny thing is the free pizza was fine. She then said she couldn’t do anything for me because SHE made the mistake of making them incorrectly. Poor management and the pizza was for a party. I suggest anyone just order elsewhere .
