Been waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes.Still haven't received the order.Mind you, I'm at a hotel 2 miles away from the location.This is ridiculous. No one should order from here.
Terrible service, terrible quality. Waited an hour and a half after it saying the driver entered my neighborhood. Saw on the tracker the driver stopped at multiple different locations on the way. Then my food was cold and to top it all off they didn’t get my order correct. 40 dollars wasted I would save yourself the time and money and just get Pizza Hut.
First let me start of by giving Jacob at center point dominoes great appreciation. Our food was ready on time AND he reheated before fully completing our order. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips for future ordering. And the cherry on top of it all the food was beyond amazing ? literally perfect. Cheese dip cooked to perfection, garlic knots seasoned very well, wings crispy and saucy, cheese bread- to live for?. Jacob really cares and loves his job, he should be like a regional manager or corporate teacher.
Love this location. My last pick up from here was perfect! The cheese dip was perfection and everything was fresh. Looked like it should have been in domino’s magazine
my husband was on the phone trying to place an order for pickup and was hold 45 minutes. when he pulled up in parking lot he went in. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM DOMINOS AT FOXBANK ANYMORE. THIS WAS THERE LAST CHANCE TO SHOW THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. DOMINO'S TAKE LESSONS FROM CHICKFILA
The worst experience ever I ordered through the app at this location I ordered at 6 was told it was out the oven at 6:30 I called at 7:30 was told my order was the next to go out and that my order will be at my home in 30 min called again at 8:30 was told it still hasn't left the business and was told I had 3 orderes infront of mine I explained to Jacob I've been waiting over 2 hours for my food and was confused how my order was next to go out to now I have 3 orders infront of mine and since my order was out the oven at 6:30 that I don't want cold food I was promised that my food would be hot and fresh finally got my food at 9:40 and it was ice cold this was just ridiculous and unacceptable manager offered to have my food remaked but I wasn't wanting to wait almost 4 hours again for my food
Super impressed with this Dominos location. The ingredients are always very fresh and the pizza well made. Thin crust and Hand Tossed are both very good. (Will give the Pan Crust a try on the next order.) Every single delivery has been SUPER FAST (one arriving less than 30 minutes from order placement!) And I absolutely LOVE the contactless delivery option so I grab it from the porch in Pjs! I've also picked up at the Tanger Location and had no issue at all. Dominoes also still offers coupons - while many of the others do not.
Do not order from this location. Delivery order was submitted at 7:32 PM. The pizza finally arrived at 10:19 PM. Pizza arrived luke warm and a mess. This is my second negative experience with this location. Mistakes happen but twice in a row— I won’t be ordering again.
I wish someone would answer the phone. What kind employees don’t answer the phone when they feel like it? What kind of employers don’t notice how much money is being lost daily because of this? Would have been nice to have rated the pizza. What has the world turned into?
Ordered my food at 6pm. 2 1/2 hours later, still nothing. Tracker says it was delivered. Called the store and a woman said “it’s coming ma’am it’s coming!” And then proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible service in every way. I’m patient, but this is too much. My kids were excited and waiting for pizza.
