Chattanooga TN, went to cookout about 15 years ago was great, hamburgers patties were like homemade on the grill, nice size patties, was worth the money. Returned to a cookout today, and worst hamburger I ever eat. Ordered a double cheeseburger with only onions. I would be willing to bet their wasn’t even 2 ounces of meat, and was a double. MC Donald’s has more meat on their burgers and only a single. Don’t know how they went down hill so bad but will never eat at one again.
Cookout in Elkin NC awful service, extremely rude staff, food is mediocre at best. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and this is not how you treat customers. Get a better staff if you want this cookout to stay open.
Your memphis locations are a joke. Rude staff. Don’t take debit cards apparently at night. No sodas. Tried 2 different locations and same story.
Today I went on my lunch break and ordered for myself and other coworkers. The young lady who took the order was rude and impatient and i felt very rushed. I ordered a large drink got a regular tried to ask about it but was dismissed and since I only have so much time I left.
Waited in line for 20 minutes, they close at 2 and when it was my turn at the speaker at 1:58 they decided to walk away and turn off their headset, leaving me sit at the speaker until 2:05. I pull up to the window and the girl was rude when I asked why I didn't get my order taken. I understand your closing but if I get there at 1:40 I should still be able to order, I just got off work and nothing else was open.
Didn’t get my shake even though o paid for it, got two tiny oval shaped pieces of meat, no cheese with three times the normal amount of grilled onions that were still largely raw. Two overly burnt hotdogs, old fries and old nuggets. Now me and my toddler both are up at night now vomiting with a fever and basically food poisoning. Never again.
just left. ordered 2 drinks, 3 fries, 1 burger, 1 wrap, 2 chicken snacks. checked my order after leaving.. they charged me almost $28 for 3 burgers with a few cheese curds on the side. this was the 3rd time I've been to the one in Prattville AND THEY ARE SOO INCOMPETENT! They don't even have a number to the store!!! worst place to eat!!!!!!!! I'm livid!!!!!
I mean the burger was excellent and will I be back to get one probably so. However the cashier was so rude. The line outside was moving very very slow. 20 minutes in drive thru. The shakes we got were a sticky mess on the cups. The fries were not chili cheese but only had cheese on them. Okay so I may come in once in awhile. This is the Florence Alabama location so I do not know what the other locations are like. And I honestly could of probably went to Wendy’s and got just as good of food. Cheaper too. My shake was basically a chocolate frosty but a frosty from Wendy’s is better.
Went about 20 minutes ago and got a shake and fries. My shake had a hole in the cup. The guy taking my order was not nice. My fries had no seasoning. Very disappointed ?
Taco Bell was closed lol. Can’t go wrong with cookout. Whoever was running the left lane window tonight had excellent service, if you read this, don’t let up on that. Thank you for your kindness and fast service !
