They would not take my order because I wasn’t in a car. Rode with a colleague to an event out of town. In a different room and it’s late. Decided to walk across the street to Cookout and even though the dinning room was opened they refused to serve me because I “wasn’t in a car.”I simply responded why if I stand in the drive through line and they said that they own the right to still refuse me service.Wow cookout. I’ll probably post about this on my blog or radio show for more details about the experience if you are interested.
There Night Shift is Unperfessional... I've went there multiple times at night and I'm always given burnt food, nomatter what the item is. Only decent thing is there shakes and that's a give or take depending on if they get the shake correct.. Day Shift Is Way Better When It Comes To Customer service & how they serve the food...
My welcome home dinner. I had a choice, and I chose cook out. The hamburgers are delicious so are the fries. The strawberry shake was perfect. The staff is outstanding. Great customer service is awesome. Deserves more than 5 ?
Very disappointed in the treatment of walking in. There was no sign saying drive thru only. The young girl had an attitude and didn't want to answer me. I asked if I can't order inside is your drive through open? I had to ask twice. With the rude attitude my husband and I just left.
I come to this location quite often. I came tonight and ordered 2 burger trays & both burgers were raw . I tried calling the store to speak to management about a refund or get something else but, of course they don’t answer the phone. I’m only giving them a one star because the fries were fresh . This is ridiculous .
The “lady” running the drive through was very rude. Obviously not paying attention. Kept asking what our drinks and side were after she was told multiple times. Our order was missing items and my wife’s coleslaw was not in a proper container. 3 cheese bites are not a complete order of that item. The fries that I did actually receive just had seasoning dumped on top of the order. They were out of straws, and apparently small containers for items like coleslaw. Judging from the other reviews this place needs to be shut down, or fire the trash that is working there and get a proper staff.
Ordered two BBQ trays. both were suppose with fries and nuggets only one had the fries and nuggets. Only reason giving star is I love the white cheddar bites but only 6 peices came in my orders.. very small size.Messages back on these bad reviews is just to call corporate which does nothing but put you on hold for way long. Then gets no where but "thanks for calling". (number listed from "corporate" on other reviews)
Was told one of the sides was cash only. That's great, but now what? There's 4 cars blocking me in. Maybe a sign warning people to use the other side? Also, why couldn't they run the card on the other side? Seriously won't be going here anymore.
I ordered a shake. They took my payment, had me waiting a few minutes, then told me the flavor I ordered was not available. I've ordered food that just did not taste fresh.
I wish I could give this place ZERO star.I was asked 5 times to repeat myself on 1/15/2022 saturday 7:38pm. He kept asking "I'm sorry what was your drink?" "I'm sorry what was your side?" And then "I forgot about you, what was your order again?" Like what in the world was that?? Do you even know how the alphabet sounds like? I was so frustrated after repeating myself for 5min straight and just had to drove away after he said he forgot about me. I do not recommend this location to my worst enemy. They have really bad service and attitude. I FORGOT ABOUT YOU? ??? don't go here. They are horrible.
